Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

There is something odd with the Centauri. The Extend Empire tech is supposed to grant access to asteroids, moons & ice planets. The first two are fine, but ice planets remain uncolonizable, info card still indicating that Extend Empire still needs to be researched.
I have figured this error out in the G'Quan:-

Tethys appears a bit large when beside the Avenger Heavy Carrier, suggest adjusting the scale of one or both.
Adjusted to "default" in my copy of the DB, will be reflected in my next commit.
During large scale testing the engine can be seen to slow down the more fighters are present, at some point it almost stops. I'm concerned we may need to revamp fighters significantly reducing the count.
I propose reducing planetary fighter modules from 6 to 4 squadrons and reducing dedicated carriers by 1/3. Most capital ships would be as is but some reductions may be required. Other fighter equipped frigates would need review on a case by case basis.
Reducing squadron count is another option for reducing fighter count game wide.
Thoughts?
Edit: This may also force a review of anti-fighter capabilities to adjust effectiveness as a balancing measure.

Eg weaponType (CapitalShip_Shadow_BATTLECRAB_YOUNG,CapitalShip_Vorlon_HEAVY_CRUISER and CapitalShip_Vorlon_LIGHT_CRUISER) or buffExclusivityForAIType (BuffRongoth_MissilePrototype) or orderAcknowledgementType (Ability_Minbari_FocusedReligion, Ability_Minbari_Station_Stealth ...)

Hint: You can get an idea of what entity file is causing an assert to fire by using ProcExplorer which will list what files a process currently has open. Look a the dev.exe's list of file handles when the assert window is up and the offending entity file should appear in that list.
I'd rathe reduce fighters per Suadron than number of Suqadrons, since balancing will be easier that way, and it still has the feeling that carriers carry way more fighters

Just tried to set up a MP game with build a022941394fa on Lan and Internet MP and could not get two accounts to connect repeatedly getting a different check sum error but both accounts had the same exact build copied from the same master .zip file. Any ideas?

See ticket 164 for a serious issue with the latest build. There are several new errors in the dev.exe initial reports. NewHorzons is correct in pointing out how to reduce the error count so these new and any remaining bugs are easier to locate and solve.

About Delphi and Oracle - this is two type scout ships: frigate and cruiser. Why two type dcouts ships ? [but 2 better then 1]
Zvezdochets, long time no see, welcome. The Oracle is an early ship and does a poor job clearing mines and is an adequate scout but with high attrition. The Delphi is more suited to fleet engagements and is more effective at mine clearance, additionally due to advanced ECM it is far more effective as a scout, it is however a bit more expensive...

Anyone works for models new ships ? 3d ? I try find new 3d max, and remember "old times"
There are several mine clearance abilities: Narn, EA and Centauri all have the same, Minbari ability is better and Elder races is better still. The Younger races mine detection range is slightly more than early weapon range so the ship has a good chance of activating one mine while engaging another. This is mitigated a great deal if enough fighters are also present, esp on a dense mine field.
SotYR mines area of detection and AOE is about twice that of vanilla sins, damage is also greater.

NP, TobiWahn has been working through the known errors and reducing the count which should ease further TS. My last conversation on the subject he still was encountering a fatal run time error that was not present in earlier builds. New Horizons contributed several good observations on narrowing the culprit.
Still have a crash problem. Though I have a save that is just before the crash. Need to test
Gentlemen, please don't tell me your efforts have waned after all this work! You guys have put together the best Babylon 5 mod for any game out there. Don't loose the motivation to see it through and polish it up when you are at 85%!!! Was 0.44a021 the last "release"? Amazing work you guys have done with the Shadows and Vorlons. I really must tip my hat to you. You've brought the saga of show's interstellar warefare to our fingertips! Please keep up with the future releases!!
