Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

Seeing how powerful the Vorlons and the Shadows will be... I expect to see not so huge of fleets by them... the fleet supply on their ships should be there to counter some of the balance issues there will be seeing how it's going to take a large fleet of ships by the other races to even manage to take down even a few of their ships
I do not think they should be limited by total number it should just the the econ that keeps them in check and the build times. On the highest tech for every race I think things will balence out nicely for the tech max vorlons and shadows. This is simply becuase the time lines for the other races will extend past that of the vorlons or shadows.
Speaking on tech I have desided to try to make the tree in excell and start splitting up the tech into the 3 main groups. This should make it easier to see what is being left out. Also I think I am going to do away with the mega tech upgrades like dark aligence and the narn treaty. I think that by using lists it will be easier to ensure that the tech is where it should be and when it should be.
Hmmm... yeah... true... but still they are mighty powerful ships in there own right with very few weaknesses...

As for the Shield Idea of the Vorlons / Shadows - this is a nice concept, will look into it! Thanks.
As for the Supply cost, yes, Vorlons and Shadows will never be able to have as huge a fleet as the younger races! They will be much deadlier though!

Yes she does ... the model is by Koobalt, but it's not the final texture just a temporary one for now and still a WIP.

EA Hyperon by Koobalt
Start work on Marathon-class cruiser [or battleship ] as i see, this ship upgraded "Warlock" with new engines and slightly changed hull [rounded]. I not finish work on carrier, but next 4-5 days - work on this ship.
End work, two modeller on one ship too many.

If Zvezdochets make texture for his model, i will pass this work for him, i have no idea or skill in texturing, and i don't know when fileosoft will have some spare time to make a tutorial for gimp user, so with texture for my model i put a great hope in SteinerX. So this way you will longer wait for this model (made by me) to be full complete.

About fighters. TobiWahn, four type only on one ship! But if we equip on old ship - old fighters, and on newest - newest fighters [maybe "non-canonical"] may use more then four-five types.
Orestes - old "Tiger" and "Badger".
And newest "Warlock" - "Thunderbolt" and "Firebolt".
Because "Marathon" or "Warlock" with "Tiger" or "Nova" looks too strange
On "Marathon" need add special "ShadowFury" and "ShadowThunder" with black texture and more powerful weapon.
But it is a only my humble opinion [imho]

When do they appear? The explorer bug will be corrected in the next release, Shadows must not be selected for AI players - is there anything else?
