Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

Not using abilities. The STTC is only available using the Scrap Planet button (as is used for ships). Since we cannot scrap an enemy planet, we cannot use it.

Is it possible to do a brief pre-buff that changes ownership of the planet and then scrap it? So you combine the Advent ultimate with the Vasari ultimate?
I'll look into it further when I get back, but even if you force swap the planet ownership there is no way to force a strip command.

Thanks! And working hard on the Tech orbitals, we'll get there! Hopefully today a preview. I'm missing out on textures with windows and such so it'll be a bit dull at first.
Limited animation is possible, the various EA rotating sections are proof of that. I'm not sure of the limits or the how, but a some movement is probably in the realm of the possible. It would likely force a redo of the model though.

Wondering how to make the military tech orbital look different.
Looks great.Is is possible to make the tentacles a little bit more organuc at the intersection point with the top?

Thanks! The tentacles are just buildings hanging down, all quite angular (so easier to update with glowing window textures haha). The top is therefore also angular. But good point, it should morph more from round to angular at the top. I'll have a try at that.
Still gathering inspiration for the war-tech orbital. Meanwhile, here's a preview for the frigate platform, using the Advent way of looking at things. Still have to add some ornaments for the matter-ejectors etc.
I'm stunned.
To militarize the research station try adding petals hanging down that partially shield the buildings and tweak the color scheme a bit and add a smallish central organic tentacle cluster on top. For the civilian station emphasize horizontal lighting, for the military emphasize vertical lighting. That way you get to reuse most of the original model and still make it look distinct and different.

Glad your feeling better, I was wondering what was sucking up your time. Try magnesium supplements next headache they have made a world of difference for my better half. I suspect I'll be stunned again in a couple week. Let me know how the troubleshooting is going and if my pointers helped isolate the issue(s).

I would love to do a rework on the Envoy. The original one seems a bit out of line now. Any special requests? What should a Vorlon ship have that practically just hangs in orbit around ally planets looking pretty? I'm leaning towards the idea that the Transport should also be an envoy; it just seems a bit double. Is it something game-technical?

Finally! Vorlon Capital Factory is completed. It's building a capital carrier (and yes, it fits through the ring).

I set it to rotating, but can't choose the right axis. But, rotating like this is also nice I could reuse the Vasari light effect, works nice on the planetkiller.
