Installation Guide:
Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

Updated transport (right) and destroyer (left). @boshimi336 the transport now resembles the ambassador's ship more closely, I hope you like it.

You mentioned captital ship abilities; I still have some work to do on a vorlon siege and carrier. If there's any abilities I can incorporate visually, please let me know.
Graphics and effects for abilities is a distant project, unless that is your passion and talent.
The Vorlon weren't using any strike craft until very recently.... Now they do but in relatively small numbers. We don't have a Vorlon carrier entity using it as a differentiation between they and the Shadow. The Shadow carrier is scary, 86 log points and it still might be out of balance at that high a level.
From my perspective the Vorlon capital ship abilities are done though some refinement and additional frigate and planet module abilities may still be needed. I haven't looked that far having spent well over a year focused on cap abilities.
Thanks for the offer though. If the Vorlon have that nice blue pulsing effect I'm good.

Hi guys,
just wanted to let y'all know that we now have some sort of content sharing agreement with the makers of the Babylon 5 X3 TC mod. They are a pair of nice guys, one of them, Amras, has allowed to use his models, either for ingame use (unlikely, due to the polygon count), or as design templates for our models. Additionally, I've received planet textures from him, which are fabulous. I'm not sure we can use them unmodified, or without a different planet model due to the texture arrangement (UV), but I do hope to be able to incorporate them at some point in time. Same with the cubemaps (which are just textures as of now and need to be cubemapified). We will also receive some sounds (I hope).
We have so far provided some models (either as placeholders, due to the low polygon count, or as templates) and our music (Hawkwall agreed to this)
If any of you do not want to share his/her model/texture with the x3tc B5 mod, please just send me a notice and I will tell Amras to exclude that particular model.

Edit: Almost forgot to add, sick models, nearly as exciting as when you figured out the Omega rotating section. Please tell me the Vorlon models have the characteristic pulsing across the skin?

Well I'll just image that then, no worries, the concept is great in itself. Too bad we can't alter such aspects of the engine itself haha.
Could there be two skins? One with fighters in dock and one with out? The battle damage has overlays...

Nice model for the siege frigate. Could you do a screen shot with some other known ship in the field for a size frame of reference? Never mind, on to the next model with you (breaking out proverbial whip).
Only a few capital ship abilities to go. Major mile stone once reached. That assumes of course we work out all the kinks...

Another DB issue...in periodic actions actionCountType and InstantActionConditionType should be separate and selectable for each buff applied, currently there is a single of each that applies for all secondary buffs being called in the initial buff. I'll see if I can work around it. If not I'll adapt to what I can do.
Like this, just as big as I could make a cruiser while still fitting (more or less) the factory. If it's going to be a capital ship it can be bigger. But as I understand it, the game *must* have a frigate of every type (and cruisers are also frigates?), so also a siege frigate (cruiser).
Yes, sadly that is so, there is no difference between a frigate or a cruiser as far as the game is concerned. Even the corvette is just a frigate with an additional setting. That does not mean there can't be significant differences in model size and general toughness and weapon layout of the entity file. Current in-game Vorlon/Shadow "frigate" entity files and role type:
Shadow Carrier (Heavy cruiser/carrier)
Vorlon Destroyer (heavy cruiser) Shadow Stalker (medium cruiser)
Vorlon Siege destroyer (siege cruiser) Shadow Siege Stalker (siege cruiser)
Vorlon Drone (light corvette/scout) Shadow Assassin (corvette)

The Light Cruiser and Heavy Cruiser are the Vorlon Capital ships and by scale are substantially larger than the largest frigate. The Vorlon Titan is much larger still. TobiWahn has tried to the extent the game will allow to keep all models in relative scale to each other.
The Shadow have analogs except for the Shadow Carrier that is tougher and more dangerous than most younger races capital ships, but not as tough as the Elder races capital ships. It is very hard to balance the Elder race capital ships. The frigates are reasonably balanced except for the Shadow carrier, I'm still not sure if it is assigned an appropriate log points. The Vorlon Transport has no Shadow equivalent.
Finished the last capital ship ability today. Sent you the commit, now it is just a matter bug hunting. May be able to declare beta in a couple weeks.
