Sometimes the in-game mod loader can be a bit funky so if you can't see the mods you've installed or something isn't working then enabling the mods via the 'EnabledMods.txt' file in your 'Mods-Rebellion v1.85' folder where you installed the mods to is the other alternative. It should look like this to work:

I think the Drakh mothership and Vorlon planet killers go well beyond even Titan designation. The Victory, Warlock, Bin'Tak, Octurian and the Drakh Carrier from the Episode "Lines of Communication" might fit better as Titans.
Apart from the Drakh and Vorlons being the only ones with such monsters, I think those two would just be too big to work well in Sins.
That might actually be a good reason to have them actually work out very well in Sins.
With Rebellion it seems you can stick to the standard race (without Titan) and split to Rebel / Loyalist and get titans. I say, why not make the other races not have true 'titans' except for the ones mentioned above perhaps? That would seem absolutely okay to me.
Well, Drakh mothership is not really a titan... one take heavy damage in 2266 when they have attack earth and one was easily destroy in 2267 by the Excalibur... the Drakh mothership is nothing more that a huge carrier with almost no offensive/defensive weapons... the difference with other carrier is that the complement is not fighter/bomber but Drakh cruiser ( main weapons is a blue colored beam, multiple secondary weapons with yellow colored pulse bolts )...
As titan, you have the Vorlon planet killer and the shadow death cloud... these fit perfectly with the rebellion semi-announced feature of destroying planet...
At firepower level, the Excalibur is somehow almost a titan :
"Excalibur features energy and particle beam weapons. The forward guns operate at two main power levels. Level One provides beams with little more fire power than a White Star. Level Two is much more powerful weapon, reverse engineered from Vorlon planet killer technology. The discharge is a pulse which originates from three emitters mounted on large "fin" structures at the ship's stern; the beams converge just forward of the bow into a single ravening blast that can destroy nearly anything in its path. The weapon is capable of destroying ground installations through the atmosphere of a planet. Firing this titanic weapon drains all the ship's power and the "Excalibur" is unable to maneuver, fire weapons or use long-range scanners for approximately one minute afterward."
If someday we include the few ships from the first one, they are almost like titan too... 2260, Ivanova first contact with the sigma-walker... 2261, Ivanova contact 5 first one races who help in the Coriana 6 battle... well, like i wrote before, timeline is very important in B5... and i really hope that the new map trigger from Rebellion will allow scenario... a map called 2261_Coriana_6 can be used for these battle... will be great to have a "timer trigger" on map too ( like a "no rush" option )... let say that each faction have already some planets, cannot colonize/attack other until the timer reach 0, use the time for build fleet before the huge battle... well, more a request for sins II that Rebellion, a fully working map system with event trigger along with a map tree ( action on a map lead you to different maps )...
PS : Work on the B5 station is delayed due to real life... i was not pay for my previous work and i need to work double these month for pay my bills... almost no free time...
As a further note I think we should only include 'titans' if the race very clearly has one. If it doesn't, then no need to make one up. If the hardcoding requires one for a race we do not 'have' one for, simply put a duplicate capital ship in it's spot instead and have the appropriate research tree unlock both the capital ship and the 'titan' ship slots for the same vessel. That way the AI won't be broken.
I think that it is best to wait the Rebellion release before speaking about Titan... and give some more time to Tobi for analyse the titan code from rebellion...
Rebellion will be released around april next year... until them, i think that we have enough work for finish a diplomacy version ( who don't have titan )...
Wait... planetkiller technology? Where did that quote come form?
From the look and the way it works, the Victories main gun looks far more like the weapons used by the Vorlon dreadnaughts and cruisers (smaller beams coming from the "arms" that converge on a single spot and shoot out a bigger beam, where the Vorlon planet killer started to light up from back to the front before lighting up a so bright warmup glow you can't really see where the beam originates from).
Not sure what they said in Crusade, but in the movie Drake only said the gun was "based loosly on Vorlon technology" nothing about planet killer.
I agree with Thoumsin, let's focus on and expend effort on those things we can achieve (there are still unsolved technical hurdles). While it is nice to think about the possibilities we should not take our eyes off the goal. The release of 0.42 and then the work required to release 0.43 which may need to incorporate necessary changes to be compatible with Rebellion. After that who knows...

Do you consider the 2D sketch ( http://www.firstones.com/wiki/ITF_ship_sketches ) from Luc Mayrand ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0563016/ ) as being canon?
If yes, i have just finish the 3D sketch ( a little over 1k poly ) from the Minbari space station based on the Luc Mayrand 2D sketch... if one of your modeler have some free time, i can make a stage 1 version ( soften curve ) in less that 1/2 hours and send it to your modeler for add details...
For these who don't know how i work, i make always a extra low poly 3D sketch followed by 3 stage ( in case of sins ) who add details... each of the 3 stage is ended by a poly optimization... for example, the Minbari Sharling :

Sorry to have been absent the last days (week). Work is killing me and even private life keeps me busy, I've read most of the ongoing conversation but haven't had the time to reply (now I do and it is quarter past 2 am here, work will be hell tomorrow).
As for these sketches I don't really know. I think we should evaluate this on a case by case basis. Part of the sketches do look good, others do not feel very Babylon 5 to me. I think if you have a rough early sketch, please show it to me so I know what to expect. The Orb platform was used in mod(s) before and can be considered half-canon. The hero station looks nice too, but it seems not fishy enough but that might just be me

Well, the only canon Minbari space station is in fact the Babylon 4 station send back in time for help fight the first shadow war !!! Not really fishy shape... as for fish, you have all shapes and color... by example, the Minbari mobile mine at http://naplesseashellcompany.com/poky_fish.JPG
As for the hero station, the 2D sketch is not really very impressive... but the model can be recycled by removing the 6 arms and keeping only the body... the new shape will look very good for a Minbari "Temple of communion" ( civilian culture orbital station )... Can make our own non canon space station, maybe something based on the shape of the Jellyfish... i have a station that i have never finish where the top section look somehow like a jellyfish, will post screenshot in my next post...
As for canon, we don't have everything in the serie that we need for sins... for spaceship, we have a lot of choice but orbital structure are rare... don't we need trade port, refinery, and more for all races ?
Agreed! And a jellyfish design could look awesome if done right (perhaps with the semitransparent shaders of sins?)

For the Minbari would it be possible to use station modules as a substatute for various orbital structures that have no cannon?
Alternatively, the Minbari expressely did not have an armed station either, their ships more than compensating. Perhaps they don't need one... would require balancing of logistics points, ship abilities and ship costs in time and resources. Thoughts?
They had Babylon 4 as a base of operations 1000 years before humans went to the stars (almost). Even though Minbari bases are never mentioned in the series (and I'm not even sure about that, wasn't Babylon 4 appearing just after their last base of operations was lost to the shadows?) isn't it more likely to assume they did see the value in such a structure and built one afterwards using their own much more advanced tech?
That is a good point TobiWahn, though didn't they build only one? We really don't see many references in the series for mass production of defenses so maybe their stations would be more expensive than the other races?
Since mongoose is used for reference by Tobi, from "mgp3334 - B5 - The Minbari Federation Fact Book", page 133, the Minbari Shen'Tan space station ( sorry, i cannot post the full book due to copyright )...
For example, Minbar system have 4 terrestrial planet ( 2 hot, 1 hab, 1 cold ), 2 gas planet ( 1 hot, 1 cold ), 3 ice planet ( cold ) and a dense asteroid belt... Minbar iV is the home planet of the minbari, with 4 military starbase, 6 monitor base and 2 trade base...

If somebody wish to create a good map of the B5 universe, the book "mgp3341 - B5 - Galactic Guide" is a must have... everybody know http://nurpa.com/2005resources/files/b5galacticmap2262.jpg ... from these picture somebody have made a map for sins : http://skins14.wincustomize.com/32/77/3277048/70/174/preview-70-174.jpg ... well, in the first pic, they are all star system... becoming planet in the sins map... when in fact, each star system have more that 1 planet ...info can be found in the Galactic guide ( 203 pages of data )
On my rather lengthy 'to-do' list is to create a B5 map similar to that for sins, only with stars instead. I have a similar project started for the Honorverse (all 110 stars ... which actually works in game). Big thing required is the improved resource management (for computers) promised with Rebellion.
Had a similar idea, but without "real" stars as the Jumpgate/Jumppoint ability does not work for travels between starsystems (shame on IC!! )
Perhaps with some Planet/Star mod incorporated into this mod it could be a really good map.

Are you planning damage skins for the various ships? Does the system allow for a common skin or must it be customized to each ship model?
Nice fleet! Neither of the ships you mentioned will be in the next release. Though I have the Nova planned for 0.43
I'm not aware that damaged ship skins are at all possible. Only wrecked parts AFAIK. If I'm wrong about this I would be happy, so please educate me if it is indeed possible!!
