I had a lot of house work to do this weekend, so gaming was a bit lighter than usual. I also did a clean install of Windows 7, so I spent the rest of the weekend reinstalling my games, which by the way is so much easier installing via Impulse than looking for a bunch of CD’s.
Anyways, I played a bit of Battlefield 1943 this weekend. Can’t wait for the PC version.
What did you play?
Played a little GalCiv Twilight of Arnor and World of Warcraft (after a break of 7 months), but spent most of my weekend working on my iPhone game.
Was that a bit of Impulse advertising there ID?
Anyways - played a lot of Warhammer Online, got a few chars up to lvl 11 to do some fun open RVR with, and some Majesty which I just bought over Impulse. Impulse is pretty damn nice to have , especially with these old games!
Call of Duty World at War and Evil Genius
Still Oblivion, currently in the Isles. And a little Supreme Commander too.
Still Oblivion for me as well... And started playing my Paladin in WoW again after a few months...
A bit of Oblivion, mostly imperium Galactica II
Demigod, Diablo 2, GalCiv2 and Sins.
Supreme Commander. Gonna buy the game
Cod4, Wolfenstein3d, demigod and lord of the rings battle for middle earth 2
Oh dear. Are you going to do one of these each week?
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Red Faction: Geurilla, Ace Combat 6, Killzone 2, Demigod, Sins of a Solar Empire, Soldat, Homeworld 2: Complex mod.
My list is shorter than normal ( ) as I was at a birthday party where the main attractions were Bowling and part of the group on Guitar Hero.
I played Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. Which I've been meaning to get around to for some time now. As per the reviews, the game mechanics (combat, some inventory stuff, light puzzling) are pretty pasty, but the story was good enough to keep me sucked in all of Sunday, and leave me bleary eyed for work today.
Pro Evolution Soccer and Master of Magic.
Left 4 Dead
Nomnomnomnomnom
Sins, Zombie Panic Source, and (being sheepish) Runescape...
How do you know that I'm allowed to say?
Anyway, what little time I managed to squeeze in this weekend was spent on playing around with Fall from Heaven 2. Mostly some minor modding, but there's something special about being Order Basium/Mercurians, kicking ass and taking names.
Played tabletop D&D with a bunch of friends on Saturday and a swack of SoaSE (single player) on Sunday.
Sins of a solar empire and Rainbow six rogue spear (lan)
Braid
Shamefully my PC is out of commision at this time so am having to settle for Call of Duty 2 and Famrtown from Facebook. Thanks to my wife i got addicted to this little game.
GalCiv 2, and Homeworld. Went to a friends house and played a bunch of COD4, and H3. And a little Neotokyo.
Civ 4. Still the most addicting game I have ever played, even after 5 years. Played an entire game in a day.
Played Demigod demo all weekend. I am now convinced and order the retail game from Amazon yesterday. Added bonus: one of the new demigods was announced today!
Civ 4, Sins (trying to get my last achievement, Archaeologist) and Space Rangers 2.
