Uploaded Homeworld Entrenchment 1.03. Mod is for Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment 1.03 as the name suggests. This is still a work in progress, but is playable now. If you find any bugs please let me know. This mod has Kushan in Tech slot, Taiidan in Vasari slot and Kadesh in Advent slot. You start with a mothership but if you lose it, no more. Will add buildable motherships and other things in the future.

Kushan:
Mercy vs Matriach, both are the Repair ships. Mercy is a Frig. but got more Hull,shield,Firepower then the Cruiser Matriach. Matriach got more antimatter. I think you just should exchange the stats of these 2 ships..
And the Fleet support need you should exchange too, the frig need 10 while the cruiser just 4.
Firelance: Description, "... frigate equiped with massive ion weapon" 1. its a cruiser
2. massive ion weapon and then just 7 damage ? shouldnt it be 17 at last ?
Kadesh:
The Solanus Cruiser do 64 Plasma damage and shoot at all Strucs at range, thats incredible firepower. Compared to the Ogov from Kushan which just do 28 (Laser ??) damage against 1 target its total overpowered.
Wraith, you need to play around with techtrees more to make them less like their vanilla counterparts, as well as ditching all laser weapons from this mod. AFAIK the only weapons in HW are kinetic cannons, ion beams, energy cannons, and missiles. I think you can play around in the String files to change how WeaponTypes show up in infocards, and making all Beam weapons Ion weapons would be nice. You should also change the AutoCannon weapons you have now into Gauss weapons and rename that WeaponType into Kinetic weapons.
I just downloaded the mod this morning and it minidumps on startup.
I've only really played Taiidan at this point but I realized some of the info cards are mixed up (ie Derelict Heavy Cruiser and Skaal Fa) Also another thing that would be cool (in addition to the hyperspace window) would be somehow taking away shields from everything and then using the defense field frigate to create or refresh the shields. I have no idea how to do this very well since either the ships would have to be create with 0/xx shield or the frigate would have to change how much shield a ship can have. I could just e completely overlooking some ability or something though.
Some idea about the the Starting Ship (Mothership, Needle, ... ).
What do you think about that these ships should be able to Spawn Frigs ? Like Long range, Siege and Anti-Strikecraft frigs one each 60 sec with just antimatter cost.
Since these Starting Ships are unique and not rebuildable that just would be a nice bonus but not a main-feature.

Very nice mod! Plays fine for me, ships look great when you tweek the team colour settings.
Any chance of bringing the HW2, FX 1.85, Complex 7.4 races/ship models into this mod also?

Really good work there. Homeworld music is definately something I was missing.
I played around with the Kushan so far and I noticed both the Arrow and the Blade (fighters) won the same ingame description infocard - what's the deal with them?
Also I noticed civillian ships are a little bit oversized when zoomed out at least (contructors, trade ships, refinery ships, etc).
Edit: Just tried the Kadesh, their mothership has some problems with abilities. They keep "auto-casting" sort of even with auto-casting disabled and before the cooldown is expired. It result in abilities being unusable as the cooldown never expires. The Kadesh also have 2 bombers with the same infocard, the question is as above.

Thank to all for your input and suggestions. To those that are having minidumps, as you can see by reading this thread that people are running this mod. This mod is for Sins of a Solar Empire with the Entrenchment expansion v 1.03 only.
As for all the other inconsistancies I will try to get them fixed. Making these mods are very time consuming and I am one person. I made this mod because I thought Homeworld ships would be cool to put in this game and I also like to share. I didn't really give any though to how passionate people would be about some mistakes. Like I have said before HW and Sins are two different games, so this mod can't be exactly be like HW and I hope you will take that into consideration. So thanks again to all for your suggestions and input. I will do my best to my ability.
By the way ZaneSolomon sent me the HW music to put in this mod and I have forgotten to credit him in the readme file.

Here's the thing though, I have Entrenchment v 1.03, and I still am getting minidumps.
When are you getting the minidump? All I can think of is make sure you disable all other mods.
whenever i start a map with kadesh or kushan there is no mothership only taiidan hsa a mothership at start just asking for an explaination and great mod
Try not doing quick start.
Also, A sudgestion on motherships. It sort of feels like they would end up being useless after a while, so why not make one of their abilities be to support hyperspacing, like in the game itself. You could make normal hyperspacing be alot slower, and have it be speed up by motherships and capital ships.
I have Entrenchement 1.03 and no other mods running and it minidumps at startup every time. Other mods work just fine.

I will add kushan and kadesh motherships to quick start in an update. I just forgot. My bad. Also buildable motherships. But I have tried many differant ways to get motherships to build ships, but nothings worked yet.
I was thinking of something like the TEC starbase ability to build ships but idk how you would incorporate that into a ship

Only TWO ways to build ships off of a cap ship
1: spawnFrigate
(Like the Sova Missile Turret ability)
Problem, this only makes frigates, nothing else.
2. Beacon
(Like the VAS Dark Fleet Beacon ability)
This can call in any ship. But it doesn't build them, it "Calls them in"
Triple post WTF happened? Anyway the only way I can get motherships to build ships is to either make them a factory or starbase which neither one will hyperspace and that's not acceptable to me. To use spawn frigate it will only build one kind unless you mod the ability into 5 differant ones each with a different mesh I think , but then you use up all the ability slots.

Infector race, Jarrasul Capital can spawn Scouts.
Combat race, Mothership can spawn even a bunch of different Frigs. And one of these Frigs can even spawn more Frigs.
Hey wraith how did you get the homeworld ships? Did you make them yourself or did you somehow find a way to unload the big files for the game? If its the big files i would like to know how. Because then i can have HW2 ships as well.
