The rules here are simple: Someone posts a good idea, then someone else posts a bad idea. The catch? The bad idea must be a messed-up, corrupted version of the good idea.
For Example:
Good Idea: getting a front-row seat at a boxing match
Bad Idea: Getting an in-ring seat at a boxing match.

Good Idea: Realising that free icecream is wonderful. No matter where it comes from
Bad Idea: living by that ideology.
Good Idea: not shopping at Wal-Mart because they treat their employees like crap even more than Burger King does.

Good idea - actively seeking knowledge
Bad Idea: Passively seeking knowledge via osmosis.
Good Idea: studying a physics textbook.
Bad Idea - texting a physics textbook line by line to a friend who's using a prepaid cellphone.
Good Idea - not pirating intellectual property.

My mistake - perhaps I mis-classified the property I was thinking of. I was thinking of people who pirate music, movies, and vid games. What kind of property classification do those things fall under? While I believe Knowledge should be free to all who wish to learn, Entertainment is a different story.
