anyone tried to edit the DDS files in the character folders?
i have, but it is kinda weird how the system is organized. all i know is that now my QoT is gothic and my Rook has a skull painted on his face

maybe a little too blue. i was just trying it out. All i did was hue/saturation --> colorize to blue on the QoT Albedo DDS file. This is the result.
there are other files in there, and one particularilly interesting file, that workson only 2 chanels ( i think its red and green ) when one of the channels aprears to be a bump mapping and the other looks like a light map of some sort.
I like it. I like it a lot. Some mods would be really cool for this game.
I agree, would be nice to see 3 unclean beast in one game that don't look the same and that i can tell apart
It doesnt work in multiplayer though ofc.
I would approve of making Regulus bright and glowing so that I could actually see him when he's hiding behind a rook.
I've died to that too many times... you never see Reggie hiding in there until it's too late.
the custom textures only affect what you see, not what other players see.
btw, there are some strange 256x1 pixel texture files, in each characters folder ( multyply and aditive i think they are called ) that have to do with the color of the flags and teleport orbs (??)
This is what you get when you add noise to Normals file. not how the sense of depth and bump is lost. ( also model is black and white )
