*Detecting enemy ships within range of his flagship, he engaged the drive and headed towards the far side of the planet he was orbiting, on the other side hid his fleet and once within sight of them, his fleet would engage the sorrowsworn ships. A captain is never foolish enough to stray off alone and not have his fleet nearby. He had sensed a a presence near by but was unsure to as which faction it belonged to, he wasnt suprised it was of the sorrowsworn faction as detailed reports show the sorrowsworn are well known for their impressive stealth techniques* (Sounds like the first battle has been scheduled shadow lol)
It seems those vasari creatures havent yet realized that there is little that we enlightened advent we not aware of, especially of our surroundings. They take their stealthy abilities for granted!...All ships, engage the enemy!

Setsuna - No, do not engage, It seems our plans have been pushed ahead of schedule. Notify the scouts in their posts to intitiate directive B and send a message to the other fleets within the vicinity to be on alert on possible Sorrowsworn ships cloaked near the planets they are observing. Prepare all ships for battle!

Yeah, if you do join the advent, be sure to head on over to our forums and register there. Once you do, your in and all you will have to do is work up a story/lore about your character and post it in our forums. Dont worry about your skill level, we accept all levels of players as its not a cut-throat competition, more like fun friendly games.
It didnt happen, atleast not yet. If it doesnt happen today, it will prolly be sometime soon as i have more free time. Prefer when everyone on both sides are free but im more than willing to play a one v one game too.

PsiTech and the Anima added lore on our forums up for those curious and should you join godoggo, let me personnaly say welcome.
Cool add Naut, when you get around to it, we need to set up some basic rules or guidelines for our faction members and such.
Acur and Priu had been together for a long time. Their relationship was extremely confidential, no one (or at least they hoped) knew of it. Acur was the leader of a small fleet often placed in the front lines, and was well-known above the commoners because of his rapid ascencion to power. A silent one, Priu was universally shunned and forgotten, except to Acur. They were an unusual couple, one reason why they felt safe together. The Enlightened was an old secret society, founded by Acur's great-grandfather. Over the years, leadership had been passed down to Acur. The Enlightened Ones (members of the society) all desired power over the Advent in order to spread their ideas of extreme PsiTech. They had a very strong desire to avenge their ancestors, and with their advanced techniques, they believed it was possible to achieve true annihilation of the TEC.
However, a long-time member betrayed the society and revealed it to the outside world. Acur and the other members were to be silenced (removed from the collective mind and imprisoned). By this time, Priu was already 5-months pregnant. The evening before the silencing ceremony, Acur told Priu of the secret compartment in their basement containing the history of the Enlightened Ones. He told her to show it to the child when he was born.
Sonora was born on a stormy day, an inauspicious omen. He grew up quickly, but never went to school, being the son of a silent one. He was never taught the rules of society, obedience, but most of all, the dangers of PsiTech powers. Fascinated by his powers, he dedicated most of his time experimenting with them. Sonora's strength improved drastically, and by the age of ten, he had the powers of a fully realized adult. Priu watched him, and with increasing fear of his power, hesitated before informing him of The Enlightened. But her love of Acur was stronger, and she told him when he was 15. At first, he rejected the idea, but after long thought, he realized the possibilities. Thus, The Enlightened was reborn.
It slowly accumulated members like Sonora, people who had adnormally strong PsiTech powers. At their age, the normal way to ascend the ranks of society would be through hard work. But the Enlightened Ones weren't normal. They used power to achieve their positions, quickly rising from the weapons manager of a Disciple Vessel to the commander of a Iconus Guardian. But from then on, attempts to rise through the ranks through power were too public to be carried out. The only way to rise through the ranks secretly and achieve true power would be by taking the classic route of hard work.
What will happen to Sonora and the other Enlightened Ones? Will they learn the rules of society in order to rise through the ranks? Or will they try to use power to get what they want?
How's that? It's a tad cheesy, but oh well. How do you like it?

Oh on a side note godoggo, Psitech isnt a power its a technology, your character is merely psychic. And watch your lore carefully should you choose a route for power, as your mind is linked ever so slightly and shadowed by the ethereals to watch your thought process...

Yes, I (Sonora) believe that with the more advanced Psitech technology (redundant?), the Advent will be able win the war more easily, with fewer losses. My actions are for the greater good, not just for me. Those who listen will understand this.
But doesn't using the Psitech strengthen the psychic powers?

I didn't mean for it to be my final thing, I was just trying to ask what you guys thought of it. I had no examples either, so I really had no idea. Do you have any suggestions, so others wouldn't read it the wrong way?
yup, no problem. I didn't spend very long, but I tried to find PsiTech's and the Anima's lores, and couldn't get them. I couldn't view a lot of other things, either. I'll try to register tomorrow.
Hmm, ill look into making the site easier to navigate. As for PsiTechs and Anima, i dont think there is much out there except what is in the manuals and in the game. What ever gaps there may be, im sure we are all creative enough to fill them in.
As for your lore, i think its good, quite detailed. I do have some questions and suggestions i would like to ask once its on the forum site.
