In the X3 Terran conflict game do the ships show battle damage ie scorch marks or destroyed weapon turrets etc.? I ask this because in Sins when a ship is hit you can see the little flames and in Sword of the stars you can really see battle damage ie destroyed turrets and damaged engines.
I am pretty sure that you don't. All that you get are the projectile effects on the location that they hit. I really did want the game to show damage like that as well, but all that you see (if I remember correctly) will be some trailing smoke when the ship is physically damaged.
