on the (not so) tongue in cheek side: Jafo, you do the golf ball through a soda straw thing real good. Listen, you got to give me something to shoot for. I'm pretty sure that after 6 years and 17 blind uploads that if I'm not promoted by now, I ain't going to be. and while I'm reluctant to mention that personalities play such an important roll in promotions, it does.
I'm not looking to be exiled here but I do have a thought. Create a demoted status of second class citizens. To be nice, we can call them "dungeon dwellers". Any change in status is almost welcome, I'd go for it.
