And now the winner of the my internet connection sucks award -
I dropped Verizon when they told me the problem was a line issue (From the CO to my house) and that I had to contact the phone company. When I informed them that Verizon is the phone company in my area and they own these lines they wanted me to order phone service before they would service the lines.

I don't understand how my upload could be that much greater than my download.
How did you do that?
I have no idea. But every time i use that server to do the test my upload is always about 5 Mb/s higher than my download.
And this one is for a server in tokyo
Anyone else been trying to work on a 'data series' with this testing toy? I've gotten about 4x differences between my best and worst download speeds, sometimes just a few minutes apart.
With that kind of a connection you've earned the right to brag
Though I doubt he'd get that speed at home.
