Fiber. Gotta love it.

Me and my roommates pay $80/month for that.
25 Euros per month
Not so long ago I would have got less than a third of that for more money.
This is expensive ADSL in Sweden. It normally costs 28 euro but I pay 23 (If 1 euro = 10 Swedish crowns).
Distance is miles? In what system? Metric?
Mjukis: 100MB from BBB? Would guess on 150 considering the supreme upload speed. (Ponten gör en razzia hos dig snart så mycket trafik som du genererar )
Hey, cut us poor US folks a wee bit of slack. We failed miserably at our last attempt to get modern with measurements, and we've only made our national government messier since then. I'm hoping to live long enough to see us calm down enough to get back to the subtler important things like ditching British Imperial units, but I'm not exactly holding my breath on account of all the blood, treasure, and bandages questions we need to address as a nation.
It would all probably have been finished long ago if most of us had needed to pass a basic physics class in high school. Until you get into calculus-dependent stuff like alternating current circuits, all you need to do to pass the tests is know your basic algebra and learn the metric unit definitions. I'll take calories over BTUs any day of the week.
I am so jealous of all of you
Much better than my old Sympatico account!
my slow 1.5mb is just the wrong isp name and the speeds to other test locations is slightly faster
harpo
It's english miles, so 1.6km.
I have a BB2 10Mbit connection actually, but they're very generous with the bandwidth lol. It works well internationally too. a thousand miles and a body of water away and still ok ping time and good bandwidth.
Took a couple of tests just to get something realistic to what I know I can do.
I'm really pretty surprised, most of the time I'm getting throttled to ~6Mb/s down
Yeah it sucks being this slow
Woo! One of the worst speeds yet!
Ping is the amount of miliseconds between your computer sending a packet of information and the other computer recieving it. It's mainly based on distance.
Arcor ADSL 6000
work net home is the same.
