basicly as the title suggests, if you just had a match instead of dropping back to the main menu how about you get dropped back to the lobby (still connected to all players).
so if you just had a great game with them you can chat a bit, add ppl to your friends, set up a new game or rematch and play instead of having to go through the who trying to find a game where you can all connect etc crap again.

Yeah, I was wondering about something like this the other day. I find it an inconvinience to have to go back to the main menu only to go back into the multiplayer interface and set things up again. Plus what was mentioned about chatting with others after a match would make the community more engaged, but could also open the door for flames. etc...
Maybe if possible add a way of making a map rotation to include different game styles, etc... That way you could continue to play other matches with with the same group of players.
