Ahh, you speak of the "icy pole" as it is known among us of the oceanic persuasion. Oft confused with "Ice Cream" the Icy Pole contains no traces of dairy product and some claim it to be nothing but flavoured ice with perhaps a touch of softener.
It's a good idea, but it's winter time down here, so icy poles aren't around so much (although I suppose i could just go to the shops and get one).
