Well, not really, but the game Beyond Protocol has been compared to Sins.
Amazing game from such a small team of developers. It is a very complex game with a high learning curve. EVE players tend to like it.
Looks really cool, but the inclusion of surface battles doesn't appeal to me. I wouldn't want to spend the time placing structures on the surface then assaulting the surface with ground troops--I like Sins' space-only focus. Still, it seems like it's worth a try. I'll keep reading into it and keep an open mind about it.

Doesn't look bad, but since it's basically a Sins MMO I wouldn't buy it when I can use the free multiplayer on Sins. I don't care much about ground and above-ground units because I've played games with ground, air, and water units so it's alright. The only part I don't like is because of the above-ground and ground units, you need to spend more money.
Why bother with ground combat when I can nuke every defender to ash from orbit?
