I hate to admit it but 360 would not be having the piracy or connection issues that Demigod on PC has. Plus with the simple click interface this game would play just as well on the 360.
And why not the PS3 as well?...

Primarily becuase PS3 doesn't have as robust of a network support API and leaves it up to the devs to create. GPG and Stardock have already proven they aren't the best at that...so they could have leveraged the XBOX Live infrastructure. Oh and you'd get voice chat.

Yeah ****** PS3 has much better hardware. PS3 can be used as it's own host and people connect to it much like the talk on the forums here about P2P how WC3 works. Seems PS3 is in favor.
Moderator Edit: This isn't 4chan--cool the insults/langauge.
I want to see Demigod in the wii and the DS personally.
schlista that would mean the would have to join windows which would be bad seeing as there is very few stand alone companies out there
windows is a huge company and gaspowered games would become a ant in the huge nest which is windows
and ex that mean that they would have to get with sony which is just as bad as windows
I don't think that the connection errors would go away on the Ex-Bawx since the game still would have been delevoped aroun P2P. Also, PC games tend to have a slightly more mature audience than 360. I hate playing games on XBox live because of all the immaturity.
No. You get hello kitty and pokemon. Have you not learned yet wii/ds is for ages 10 and under? :/

What about MadWorld, House of the Dead Overkill, No More Heroes, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. They are defenitly not for 10 year olds
Eh?..
Oh my goodness...why don't you just say "Demigod would be better on (insert gaming console here)". I've played strategy games on consoles before and to be honest, I hated it. I'd take keyboard and mouse over game pad any day of the week. Even with all the problems that people are having with connectivity. Funny thing about the pirates too though, I'm under the impression they don't get updates, sucks to be them
ds and wii is a family console
xbox is for a teenage audience mostly
ps3 is for the more mature and busnessman
pc is for everyone
lmao.
In all honesty in light of the issues the OP is right. On the 360 it would have not been having these connectivity issues and the game interface is simple enough you can assign nearly everything to a button on a controller. Yeah...I like playing it on a pc better....but the OP has a point in light of the issues we have had for 2 weeks with connectivity, favor issues, crashes, performance for some etc etc.
That said....I really hope they are able to make some better progress here pretty fast.
I think Demigod would have been better on the N64. Just like C&C.
so pathetic...
yes i too wish to pay for my right to play online...

ok that's one game i could do on console...just because it's old school and kicks ass
It would have been better on Xbox 360. I was thinking that when i first started it. Only 1 unit to control, would be easy with the controller, maybe even better.
And all these issues we're having now would never have existed.
Demigod on any console would have sucked. Ok, maybe the connection MIGHT have been better, but keep in mind the contols would suck.
How about Gameboy? Definately.
Huh? DemiGod is currently a game for windows. Adding it to the 360 lineup wouldn't help windows.
Yeah, because porting RTS-like games to consoles has worked out so well in the past.
How so? two analogs and 6 buttons, plus two triggers should be plenty to cover what DG is doing. Heck currently I only use my mouse (and spacebar on keyboard). So thats two buttons + scroll wheel to zoom, plus space bar. That is easily done on a controller and it's not like the game is so fast pace that the mouse precision matters.
People still pay money for 360 games? My old roomate has a 360 with about every game they have for it. Cash spent on games so far... $0.00
Bingo. Console RTS are so horrible. PS3 or X360, a console will not do Demigod justice it deserves.
