So as it says what other stuff do you get up to with photoshop when your not up to your neck in skins......
for one i like to make sigs...
allso made a skin for my son's Xbox.. Out of a wall i found here...
The skin for xbox is fantastic....the good old days ....nothing for 360?
I baked a chicken in PS one tme.... didn't turn out well... little heavy on the burn tool
Great looking signs and skin there! As for "other" uses,I take it no one has gotten ahold of your picture....yet.
I became famous with the PS lens-flare ....and pink dolphins...and Britney's boobs and stuff....
was probably a cloned chicken.....
I like to restore old photos......they come up so well....going through the families ancient ones steadily....very rewarding....
I also end up photoshopping friends wedding and baby pics to have a few special ones...
Here's one more i made from a wall that i like..
What a fine job he did too...
1. Photo retouching. Everything from minor color corrections to compositing images together; portrait retouching, removing people or objects, etc.
2. I use it (along with Adobe InDesign) to create print advertisements for clients. I most recently did advertising postcards for weddings and senior portraits for a photography studio.
Webdesign...
web design, poster design, photo retouching, slapping zebras, model (cars) mockups
Damn, Robbie, you are good with PS! Nice sigs!
Sigs, Wiz, sigs.
I do web design, photo re-touching, business card design...when I am not knee deep in blinds!
I and my father in law own a CD/DVD Duplication Service Company called RedBoot Productions Inc. I use PS for making CD/DVD labels and Disc designs. Current design for a band called Road Kill:
wow robbie how exactly do you make the skins for systems?...do you have a mock up sheet to do the designs on and a special printer for the stickies?
i want to make a skin for my ps3 but dont know where to begin
The old ones are allways the best V..
Do tell us more...
Yeah that where i started useing PS too...
Thanks Jim... here's one more that came out good...
Like the CD labels too mate... Great stuff..
Yeah mate i made up a template, then i just took the files to a mate that has his own printing shop,
and he printed them on some vinal that they use for cars.... then i had to cut them out and just stick them on....
It's a long story...but essentially it was what NOT to do with Photoshop....if you wanted a wall approved....
Most of what I do is in Paintshop Pro, anyway...as I've used the proggy for years... back around v3 and before.
A more legitimate use...
When it really matters.... my old man and his...during WW2 in Pitt Street, Sydney.
Both gone now.
Wow Jafo that's realy cool mate....
How long dose it take to restore a photo like that....
Depends...usually a few hours....though the hardest part is when it's an old printed photo which is comprised of ink pixels which are a pattern within themselves...smudging or 'pushing' pixels affects the texture....
Here's some work i'm doing at the moment...
CD sleve..
I just keep to really legit, great portrait work....
it's not finnished yet
it's for the release of there new single "all my life"
the other 4 songs have not been confermed yet
Robbie, you do CD art for bands? Cool! Send me some business, I can duplicate their CDs for them in mass quantities.
BTW, aren't you working on a WIP? I love SDV!!
I make inspirational posters. I just sold this one to Walmart.
