Been about 2-3 weeks since I've been able to play, finally got online today and started the updates.
Impulse needed to update, check.
Both Sins and Entenchment need updates, did the vanilla first (check), now Entrenchment is complaining my registration is invalid.
In regisration info I do see that Entrenchment doesn't have my email address, though adding it doesn't help.
I bought SOASE on disc, liked it, when the expansion came out bought that via Impulse, played it, liked it, now no worky.
Any more info needed let me know, thanks!
Okay, bit of an update, I did find my receipt for Entrenchment...in another email account. Not sure what I was thinking there, or if knew it would associate oddly. That one is my "normal financial transaction" email address, probably why I used it during purchase. Weird that it worked up until now. I entered it and it did validate the registration.
Can that get merged somehow? Would prefer the gmail address I guess as the one used. I can just change the registration email for it if gets merged I would assume.

Send an email to sales@stardock.com, and include your name, the original email address, and the address you want your products to show as registered to.
It took them perhaps 5 minutes from the time I sent the email to get mine straightened out. I dislike having to email anyone to fix such a simple thing as my email addresses, but whatever. It was quick, easy, and relatively pain-free.
