I'm impatient, been waiting to play Braid for a long time now, so I want to play it as soon as possible. Steam have it coming out on Monday 30th at around 6pm (GMT), Impulse say's it will be out on the 31st. Does anyone know if they have a standard time they release at? Does release on the 31st mean release at midnight EST. Or could it be any time in the day?
Does anyone think they'll push it forward to match Steam? (Although if they were going to do that they'd have probably done it by now, steam have had that date and time for around a week now.)

This, pretty much. Nobody wants to be up at midnight, so typically things simply are made available as soon as they've been uploaded to the servers, which usually ends up being sometime in the afternoon.
