Nuclrea missles hit Beijin and Tokyo killing nearly 5 million people and destroying much of the government of the RSR.

The next day after the nuclear attack Indian troops manage to halt RSR advances at the former border of Loas. The UDF approaches the Arabian Kingdom and the RSR with talks of peace.

I am talking about how these mega-unions of nations have taken away the people's cultural identity. How no nation has soveirgnty anymore, no nation truly controls its people or its destiny.

India was ruled by politicians from distant places and cities. Who ruled us changed from year to year because of petty squables between super powers. I seek to restore the worlds as it was, diverse and full of different nations and opinions. I barely extended into sovereign RSR territory when you threatened my capital, when you threatened my entire movement for change.

The millions who died from the nuclear blasts will not be forgotten, they will be remembered in the hearts and minds of every citizen of this planet.

Though I seek to decentralize the world, I also want unity within the world. And overarching union. But I doubt that the other nations will agree with me. UDF is willing to enter into an allaince with the RSR as full and equal partners, only if the RSR promises soveirgnty for every nation within its borders.

Let the locals rule themselves in your lands, I shall do the same. And I will lay down my arms against you, and only use them against those who oppose both of us.

That's why I implanted an enslavement bug into your brain. Starting today, it is set to explode with nuclear force at intervals of 5 days, during which lapses in explosions it will repair itself and piece it's victim back together to prepare for the next explosion. @Mr. Blunt3d: Florida was annihilated, so subjugation is impossible, however I am able to grant control over the northern fringe of Florida. Sorry about that.

@The Evil Emperor: The KSA is a carceral state, which means a nation-wide prison, therefore I can isolate individual zones and put down a rebellion inside them. Rebellion is all but impossible.

its a pity that peace cannot be at hand. but it gets better! did you know that when your missles come within 50 miles of Rouge territory they magically fall from the sky as little more than Multi ton paperweights? From there they can be retooled and used against you! Oh Cmon, i tried appealing for peace! but if war is what you want than that is what you will get.

On another note, our campaign in Central America is successful and our forces are currently in Monterrey Mexico gaining 10 miles an hour. The Rustbelt area of the Former NAU has pledged allegiance to ROGUE and further assults have all but cut off EL forces from their supply lines. We plan to control the Tennessee Valley by week's end.

It seems that EL Computer systems are unusually open to Subversion by our specilaists, and the fear its generating is sheer panic. i can relate a report from Chicago when a fireteam came across a tank group about to flank from the east by Addison Avenue. When a small imput code to automatically open the hatches were sent, the tank crews inside immeadiately fled their tanks in less time to say "GTFO". If that wasnt enough, we just sent their Stock Market into a recession not seen since the Depression. With The Shock and awe beginning to take their toll, we just Had to see if RSR units were similarly affected. to our suprise they are even MORE so.

The RSR and EL, deciding that the UDF is indeed a threat to the world at large, decide to do something. Approximately 1 billion troops, flash cloned in the EL and armed with equipment mass produced in the RSR, march in to UDF territory. The objective of battle is different this time. Instead of trying to destroy the opposition, these soldiers are trained to kill as little as possible, and capture as many prisoners as they can with no harm. To accomplish this task, they are armed with revolutionary "stn guns" which cxan stop a target without any lasting effects. In the initial deploymnt of these forces (at night), several UDF bases were taken without a single casualty on either side.

Today i am happy to report that ROGUE forces have officially met Arabian forces in western colombia. After a Breif handshake between soilders of both sides, the commanders of both armies agreed to create a "Buffer" zone between Rouge and Arab held territories untill the two governments formally declare peace (after the new election)

In other news, the Rogue banner flies high over Galveston tonight as EL forces formally withdraw both weaponless and Spritless, their Morale having been utterly crushed. The current Situation with NAU forces remain tense pending any reaction from the other side.

The Siege of Mexico City has ended in Victory today, leaving a small force of EL troops in between two Rogue Armies.

In Local News, the Fortress at EL Morro has finished updating to modern standards, becoming the Primary command center for all Rogue forces in the Hemisphere. Alongside El Morro, the naval bases at Guantanamo Bay and Vieques were reopened to provide additional defense for the Local islands. Government officialls were said to be developing a New generation fighter to compliment our current air force which comprimises of EL fighter bombers, NAU interceptors, and antiquadated F22 raptors and Harrier STOL fighters. While details werent officially discussed, Reports suggest that it will have the capability to use advanced portable Force Barrier technology and have Space Flight Capability.

I dont mean Nuculear missles, Standard Criuse Missles. They have an operational range of about 100 miles and fly close to the ground toward their target. Nukes have to go into space first, then descend from low orbit to the target area.
