I've just finished the initial map. Here it is:
This is the state of the world in the year 2032. This political state was caused by an exodus of almost all nations from the UN in 2024 which dramatically reduced it's power, leaving many powerful nations free to expand into neighbouring nations and take over. In North America, Mexico and Canada declared war on the USA, leaving the US President no choice but to order an attack on both nations and estabilish the NAU or North American Union. Anarchy takes hold in Central and Southern America as military rebellions become dramatically more frequent, whereby the new NAU takes action and invades. In Europe, the EU attempts to forcefully abolish the identity of it's member states and thus creates the Europa League. The Europa League expands outwards into a new maritime empire, halted eventually by the NAU and the EAU and the crippling invasion of the Russian Empire and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In Africa, military coups manage to overthrow all governments and estabilish the Arfikaa nation, now struggling to hold off the Saudi advance. Across the north of Asia, Russia sees it's oppertunity and invades neighbouring nations en mass, forming the mighty Russian Empire. In the Middle East, Saudi Arabia aggresively expands into the rest of the Arabian Peninsula, successfully defeating the Europa League and the Russian Empire. In the Far East, Japan becomes militarised and manages to conquer a large sphere of territories, known as the EAU or Eastern Asian Union. It meets substantial resistance by the Europa League, the Russian Empire and Greater Korea who all manage to push them onto the defensive.

New Tokyo is a fortress. 500 orbital defense cannons, hardened surface bunkers, and home of the Sanctuary fleet, 101 ships lead by the Quiver of Artemis, a supercarrier 111 miles long, 21 miles wide and 10 miles thick carrying a fleet of 62,500,000,000 strikecraft. The Quiver was the pinnacle of FN technology, the most powerful ship in the galaxy. She had taken 250 years to construct and was helmed by the leader of the Flaming Ninjas, Keeper of the Flame Samurye himself. Today the city-planet would face the ultimate test. Hordes of Kyotian ships blasted out of hyperspace around the planet. The Battle of New Tokyo had begun.

We are having a party in my galaxy(ORION GALAXY) because we are still stuck their. We tried to figure out a way to jump between galaxies but each time failed with an explosive reaction or nothing happened and the ship just sits there.
So I called upon every ship builder, engineer, mechanic, welder, smelter....etc... to one massive shipyard location in orbit of a gas giant along with materials needed. The engineers figured out the problem is that our reactor did provide enough power to do so and decided that a massive ship to house it would work well, because we also want to establish a colony outside of the galaxy so why not build big anyways. 50 billion workers came from all over the galaxy to work on this super ship. We splurged on how large to build it so we can bring as much as we needed to colonize. 125 miles is the length of the ship, and over 1/3 of it length is the reactor and engines to supply the power to go ftl to another galaxy. Its been 12 years now and only a quarter of it completed

well herin lies the problem. As of currently we have a total of 256 ships stationed around New Tokyo. We expect this number to increase to 400 with the help of the Illidrian shipbuilding technologies. Their armada is close to 2000 ships strong, and their number is exponentionally increasing. Not to mention that they have similar technology as you do. We plan to send reinforcements but even with the Quasi Space drives they will take some time to get here.
It'll be a while untill I can get that downloaded, but I'll try.

I will now take a moment to describe FN society.
The heart and soul of New Tokyo is the Great Library, a massive underground hexagonal chamber rising morethan a mile up, its center dominated by a massive hexagonal pillar. Both the outer wall and the pillar are made of pure diamond, and light from behind by a soft blue glow. The outer wall and the surface of the pillar have bee chiseled into massive bookcases holding every known written document in the entire galaxy, novels, starcharts, designs, histories. The Flaming Ninjas are tasked with recording and preserving this information and follow their task with a religous fervor. The dream of every citizen is to become a Librarian in the srevice of the Library Order. Those who show promise are introduced to the order as Erudites, the lowest rank in the Order. From there they advance up to Scholars who study and record new information to be saved in the Library, to Librarians who are tasked with the upkeep of the Library and are allowed acces to the more treasured documents. They can then bcome Master Librarians, the second highest rank in the Order and with access to the most important documents. The highest level of the Order is the title of Keeper of the Flame: the most senior Librarian and the one with the most knowledge.

You know, you guys have advanced quite a ways in the 4 years that we have had FTL travel. I have decided that this is abnormaly fast, and therefore one of thesse happened:
A: Someone in the Sanctuary was secretly feeding you high technology.
B: The Kyotian empire has been feeding you high technology.

We have only recently managed to recreate working Quasi-Space drives based on old designs and derelict ships that we found. for the most part, we still use basic FTL drives to get around. See! *points to crack group of scietists recreating ways to use PolyNeutronium* these things arent on the drawing boards yet.
Nevermind, I think that i found a way to possibly stop the invasion. about 2 light years away is a small protonebula. most ships had to slow to sublight speeds to be able to pass through (due to some unknown anomaly) We can use this nebula to ambush the armada and possible turn them around. Its a gamble, because if we lose, New Tokyo will be left almost defenseless. If we Win, then the invasion will be Postponed...indefinately
Basicly the same thing as above, since most of our glorius fleet was abandoned in space they just been floating around in space so our engineers and scientist have been able to reverse engineer them able to build more except we have not been able to go beyond our galaxy to reach back to New Tokyo, but tecnikly I don't know where New Tokyo is in fact I dont even know if you exist, unless a figure out a way to break into the old ships database figure out coordinates including our orignal capital. So far we figured how to build one by building a massive reactor which means a massive ship. By now we are 1/3 completed now
In order prevent unauthorized access to OEM space we have lined our borders with singularities and stationed manipulators inside our borders.
With the ship graveyard being discovered, we have towed the remains of kyotian, tokyotian (sp?), and CDC ships to Nueva Terra, to be analyzed and reverse engineered to benefit the OEM, Liberty Prime, and ACP militaries and scientific communities.

You can justify the FNSI, but I'm still having trouble justifying the creation of the EBF (Eight-ball of Fates). I mean, why should it be able to, say, destroy time should the result appear? What's the point?

The ship graveyard I am refering to is just behind the CDC-Kyoto front and there is a secondary one on the Tokyo-Kyoto front created in skirmishes between Tokyoian forces and Kyotian forces. We have been able to determine the jump signature of most kyotian ships and a few CDC ships. this allows for enhanced tracking and detection systems. Additionally we were able to modify most standard defences of the NGTA to be able to counter several beam and mass driver weapons of Kyotian and Tokyoian design.
These upgraded defences and are being jumped to Liberty ships near New Tokyo/the Protonebula via the OEM Singularity Portal, and are being upgraded as we speak. This should allow for at least a little more time to defend against the Kyotian ships and the FNSI.
The EBF is a leftover Timewight artifact and as such requires no explanation?

Riftwalkers
Originating from Earth-3, the Riftwalkers are a mysterious hybrid race of variable biological characteristics, ranging from hulking beast to humanoid to tiny insect. They are half-demon and half-unknown in genology, believed to have originally been a peaceful and sapient people, then at some point inbred with demons to form the species feared today. As half-demons, they are capable of jumping across universes provided that life is abundant at the destination. Though sentient, their blind evil means they are not capable of making judgements about others, instead driving races to extinction without considering the ramifications. For some unknown reason, a large concentration of Riftwalkers enables time control for their leaders.

Saiv Inquisition
An elite organisation within the Saiv Empire, tasked with ensuring the prevelance of xenophobic attitudes in Saiv society; also tasked with the extermination of social, political and theological dissidents. The Inquisitor core is constructed from those members of the aristocracy that have an aptitude for perception and aggressive diplomacy, while the military chambers are constructed from regular army veterans chosen for their specialisation in stealth and guirella warfare. They operate above and beyond the system, answering only to the secretive Supreme Convenor and the little known Creed of Approaching Darkness, operating from a top-secret base located inside the core of the Ravion star itself. They are led by the Althosahen-Auhgen*, master of the Inquisitorial art who is traditionally considered to be a descendant of one of the Emperor's chosen warriors, therefore attaining the rank by divine right.
*Modified German (Saiv v1.0) taken from 'All-sehen Auge', which means 'All-seeing Eye'.
RP Beta: Voganos
I've finished designing the beta for a new RP. It's set in a fantasy medieval period, which makes a change from the earlier outer-space RPs. The first map designed, Voganos, is in a period of unsteady peace after a brutal war between the Lantonne and Wassentorg Empires. The territories of these two factions, however, constitute only Eastern Voganos, and Voganos proper expands well beyond it's borders.

The southern half of Voganos is a large continent, seperated along geographical lines by distinct variation in the environment. The west has a temperate climate and is dominated by a large mountain range, with coniferous wooded areas in the north and east and decidious (being written).
The download will take a while, I need to get enough money to buy Winzip. The FNSI was a joke. As for the space battle, how is this:
The Kyotian fleet materialized quite deep into the gravity well. The Tokyoians were ready. The two fleets regarded each other and the void was silent and empty for a brief moment as targeting computers locked on, and then the entire gravity well was illuminated by the glow of weaponfire. Lasers, and long range missles streaked through the void. As the momentum of the Kyotian fleet moved the toward the ships of the Library Order, closer range weapons took effect: particle beams, railguns, sprint missles.... The night sky was ripped apart by flashes of light. The orbital defense stations around New Tokyo brought their full power to bear on Kyotian ships. A Kyotian heavy cruiser flashed erraticly as its sheilds failed. moments later a heavy-railgun round tore all the way through the hull. The Antimatter reactor onboard detonated with a massive flash which vaporized most of the ship. The remains spun toward the planet, and crushed hundreds of square meters of skyscrapers. Up above the Quiver of Artemis unleashed its squadrons of tens of billions of drone fighters. Enemy ships vanished in flashes of light under the onslaught. Disabling EMP beams knocked many ships from the fight, and these ships were subsequently boarded, causing many hand to hand battles. The Tokyoians held the line despite taking several losses. Thousands were lost in every explosion, and hundereds with every strike. "This" thought Keeper of the Flame Samurye, "is war."

Thus was the fate of the Liberty Fleets stationed around New Tokyo. the substandard ships while fighting valiantly were simply no match for the raw firepower of their kyotian counterparts. But of course Admiral Hernandez, callsign "Blunted" realised that he had merely brought knives to a gunfight. Nevermind the fact that there was a suicidal Kyotian commandant who seems to have a fetish for trancending the physical for now his carrier is barreling towrd the Tokyoian Flagship, Glory Device ready. He did the one thing he had to. Codename "Banhammer"
An erie silence fell over the gravity well. No targeting computers responded to imput commands, ships moved only with the momentum they had previously built up. Even the hand to hand fighting going on had stopped. Of course the Tokyoians were prepared for this, as well as the Liberty ships. By using the interconneting pathways between the Kyotian Comm Network, they had rendered the entire fleet little more than cannon fodder. There was something wrong still...
Sir, that carrier is still on a collision course. Estimated time until impact.....35 seconds. There was no time to lose. No other ships was capable of altering the course of the runaway kamikazi, so the liberty crew did their best to evacuate the ship. Quasi teleportation thundering away, they managed a slow and steady stream of crewmates from the seemingly doomed flagship.
T minus 10 seconds......
The moved his ship closer to try to claim as many has he could. He ordered his ships to open fire, but the futility of this gesture only caused more panic. He quickly retargeted the weapons emplacements vainly picking off chunks of the enemy carrier. It continued.
T minus 5 seconds....
He ordered his ship to intercept the carrier, but it was too far for much help. The Artemis tried to move out of the way, but the carrier was too close. He ordered that the Keeper be brought immeadiately aborad, although even this was uncertain. All he could do was watch in agony at the timer...
4......3........2........1....
The Flash was immense. The sheer force of the explosion overwhelmed the inertial dampeners aboard the ship. Although most of the blast was directed out toward space, it was still appearent that the enemy kamikazi run had indeed hit its mark. The port side of the Artemis had been sheared off from the collision alone. With the detonation of the GD, it had all but blew the Tokyoian flagship in half with one section falling toward the planet below and the other in a listless orbit. There were no recorded lifesigns on either.
Admiral, I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Keeper was transferred aboared in time and the Kyotians are falling back. The bad news is that the Keeper is in medbay 2, suffering from 4th degree plasma burns, the kyotians are regrouping, and I was only able to save 43 of the people aboard the Artemis.
