I have had this issue ongoing for months.  It started when I complained last spring about serial number issues.  It started with one of my accounts initially having Sins of a solar Empire and Entrenchment.. I purchased these separetly so I had separate legit keys (digitally via impulse)  Then I purchased via impulse the Trinity package with all 3 - Trinity expansion itself, Sins of a solar empire plus entrenchment.  You had to rebuy the prior 2 at the time to get trinity.  I noticed at the time that impulse failed to give me 2 separate licenses and part of what I had in mind is actually being able to legally play a friend without them complaining..  Afterall I did buy sins and entrenchment.  So I complained to them.  And a CSR stated at the time that I could have however many copies of their application open as I wanted and play my friend.  At that point in time that satisified my needs until Impulse and gamestop decided to introduce their stupid 1 person per PC and kill it for hours on end if you play anymore.  I had another account (my brothers)...  I used it it make up and I complained to the company meanwhile. 

when stardock/impulse retail software like this it is fraud.  They MUST provide the software keys and MUST allow multiple users access to it OR move it to different users.  in my case they tried to move it to a different account and the customer service representative REMOVED sins of a solar empire as a result.  Essentially making entrenchment a dud and the GM states that despite me having had played entrenchment a million times I never had sins so how the hell did I launch entrenchment.  Plus the trinity package inluded 3 game licenses, I prior purchases entrenchment and sins..  THEY have the worst billing record system EVER..  they only see 'licenses' they see no 'billing' codes or anything of that nature from what I have seen.  I have debated a lawyer and called a few as this is fraud and likely illegal software distribution.  Plus I have another account I made for a friend..  trinity..  and the entrenchment and sins lincenses they pulled from my account that they put onto that account as well..  NONE of them work.  ALL 3 have gotten invalid registrations and so far the GM has helped little to resolve.  We attempt to register the SN to the proper e-mail etc etc same old error that this board is getting.
