If you capture enemy valor flag, your reinforcements get +30% boost as expected. But if your enemy captures valor flag back, your reinforcements lose about 60% of their health and probably damage as well(it's like you have lost both valor flags).
It could be 60% but I think what happens is that when you get the valor flag and lose it later again the following happens:
getting 2nd valor flag 1*1.3*1.3 = 1.69
losing valor flag 1.69*0.7= 1.183 - would be still an ugly bug of course.

Weird, i tried to reproduce this and it seems now that it works all right. Maybe i just didn't notice(three times ) that my flag went neutral in that moment. I'll change title.
Okay i was just playing a game vs. some AIs and i've noticed that creep health is not what it should be, so i did some testing. It turned out that i'm not blind or mad and there is really a bug with valor flag.
The test games had all settings set to default, opponent was one easy AI and map was Cataract.
I mostly didn't buy any citadel upgrades, i have only tested with and without the first level of creep health upgrade. Either way the bug happened, only with different health(obviously).

Bump! This bug still persists(at least in singleplayer).
This also happens with mana flags on Leviathan, I would wager it happens with all duplicate flags, though I've only seen it myself on valor and mana.
