I just updated to the new beta of Demigod and so I do like I have done before and go to a multiplayer Internet game situation and for some reason I can't even get logged into Impulse through Demigod even though I can login fine using the exact same username and password in the Impulse client program. It used to work in my previous version of Demigod, anyone else noticing this issue?
i have same email address both and impulse crash everytime.
I am still having this problem, can someone PLEASE sort this out so I can actually play the game again?
Same i go to log on and it says that my pass word or uesername is wrong -.- so ya i gots the same prob.
ColonStomp/Roren - have you emailed the support team to combine your emails (the one you used to pre-order and the one you used to register)?
I have finally gotten around to e-mailing Stardock Support and they informed me that my accounts are now merged so I will get back on tonight and play!
Same problem here, can't log in, vista ultime 64bit, with digital signing requirement disabled at boot. I'm so mad I want to try the new DG's!!!
Please fix asap this is a serious issue, i do not have the email address problem, i used the same for both.
Any eta on a fix?
CptCanuck - did you check Impulse to make sure you have the latest version of Demigod?
of course fully updated, hopefully this new update i'm downloading will fix the issue.

I have a pirated XP and demigod won't run.
3 and 3A worked for me on loging in couldnt play with others still but now 3B i cant log in anymore guess i gotta way for next beta huh
I have XP64, the same email the whole time, and just updated to 3B from a couple month old version of demigod. I get wrong username/password, even though I changed my password to something new, just in case I forgot it.
I'm not sure if this is related, I upgraded to 3B and I was unable to log in. After lots of fighting with it, it turned out that my login wasn't validated. You can log into impulse without a validated login, but you can no longer log in in game, and the game neglects to tell you thats the reason. After I tried to log into the forums to mention the problem it told me I had to validate, and upon doing so I was able to play. Obviously if you're posting with the same impulse ID as you try in game though its not exactly the same, but it might be related.
That issue still isn't fixed... I expected a better service from Stardock. Can you at least fix that message so it will say where exactly the problem lies?

Looks like you do have the 'two e-mails' issue, didn't see where you have e-mailed us at support@stardock.com about any trouble.
I advise you to do so.

Don't find an e-mail from you to support@stardock.com, have you sent one? If you don't get an automatied reply, it means we didn't receive it.
What looks like is happening most of the time is that Demigod was purchased under a different account than your Impulse account. So, you are able to login, but it can't find your game registration.
Sales@stardock.com can associate your accounts if this happens. (Strikersgun and Ellestar- I checked your accounts as examples, and that is the case with the two of you).
