I have just got off the phone to my daughter in Tasmania and its 3.37 am down there, she has just gone into labor and is waiting for the safe arrival of their first son.
Thanks warreni, yes it seems that way, lol my baby days are over and now I can sit back and enjoy them and spoil them rotten and then their parents can sort them out hehehehe

Thats for sure, its just a pity i am missing out not being there for her today . but she knows that im in Queensland which is a 3 hour flight from here to Tasmania, but she knows I will be there in Feb.... that will give me a chance to get plenty of happy snaps.

mrs starkers, I thought she already had it?
Noo, still playing the waiting game she went in at about 3am tasmania time and the staff have just moved her to the delivery room, she only 2cm dilated since being at the hospital they are talking about puting drips in to help move things along and if that don't work they will most likely do a caeser , and so far its been 7 hour labor for the poor thing... This is her first so I guess it will take a while
Congrats are sure in order here, also we became grandparents for the 1st time in october, well let me tell you, be prepared to feel revived, the feeling is unbelievable, hard to put it into words, feel very happy for you guys, i just dont know what else to say, but i sure know how your gonna feel, enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im on tender mercies i THINK LOL paceing up and down I just wish I could have been there for her on this day, but its not to be, so I will have to wait till I can get over there in Feb and have my time with them. and thank you for your well wishes I will be showing the proud parents this and I am sure they will be happy to know that they also have such careing friends from all over the world

Thank you Xiandi so far still no news, just that the nursing staff are going to place my daughter into a warm bath and see how that goes.its 12.05 pm in Tasmania now im sure she must be getting very tired, I hope its not too long b4 she has the baby
