I just bought Galactic Civ endless universe
As mentioned in the topic title, I am new to turn based games and am getting used to this type.
My first question is:
Do I wait for the "turn" button to turn green before I click on it or just click away?
Also, Is there a guide book other than the one suppilied with the disk?
I have looked at the tutorial on this site and it has helped greatly
I will try and search for answers to my questions but some of them may be so simple that people may not have asked.
You can just click the turn button any time you like. It takes a while before you get a system going so you remember to do everything that needs to be done each turn.
Not sure about the guide. There's this site and the wiki as far as I know.

I would recommend not hitting the Turn button when it is not green as a matter of practice. If you're "done", you can hit the Tab button a few times to see what all your idle ships are doing. If all your ships are orbiting, autopiloting, or guarding, it will turn green.
