I'm sure this will be met with some measure of controversy...
I am saddened to see any child die, I empathize with the true innocent's that have perished in not only this war but all the other futile conflicts.
...but....frankly I've had it up to my ears listening to radical advocates spouting off about their children being killed, parading photos around as if THEY had had no stake in what led up to the event.
I believe that radical islam is on its way to destroying our planet. When your putting weapons in the hands of, or strapping bombs to.. your young men..you have lost any and all claim to being a civilized people and imo merit zero sympathy.
When I look at the faces, in the photo's, I am hard pressed to find ONE face that isn't in some form portraying evil or anger, They don't want peace, they care nothing about truces or diplomacy, they don't cherish or celebrate life.
It is a disease, a drug that is slowly but very surely speading accross our planet, I personally don't see anyway it can be stopped.
I am loathed to think about raising my own children in the current world climate. Sure there are many more forces at work, but I believe the single most significant threat to the west in the years to come is keeping this evil at bay.
Some of you I'm sure will invoke Isreali \ Western agrression, warmongering, ideology, any number of reasons why it's not their fault... I think thats BS.
Look at the images, do you see peace seekers? Children of God?..
I see pure evil.
Take an area from the middle east to Pakistan and nuke the lot. Problem solved.

Original poster even fails to mention that these people (in Gaza) have been caged in like animals by the israeli so called "defence fence". Also that these people due to the blockade have no access to medical supplies and other important resources, except for whats smuggled into the area by... yes, excactly Hamas and other extremist groups. And some wonder WHY Hamas gains support? Well, its the best thing the civil population got. You got no f clue about how bad things are it seems, sitting there in front of your fancy pc's.
Hamas and other extremist groups sucks big time, I dont disagree with that, but so does the god damned state of Israel when it comes to its militant approach to every diplomatic problem. If it were not for the fancy tanks, planes, choppers and equipment being shipped over from the US, Israel would now be a hole in the ground. What happens if this support stops? This is a dangerous game to play. If you live by the sword, you die by the sword, as history have shown on several occasions.
Well, enough waste of time. I've spent more than enough time thinking about this conflict, and as there seems to be no way out of this mess I've actually become quite cynical about it all.
PS: vStyler: Those pictures of "evil" are laughable. They are propaganda pictures of extremist islamic groups so what did you expect? Cozy pictures of smiling arab men sitting in front of their stoves, drinking some hot coco while waiting for the cat to come sleep on their laps?
Edit: Having reconsidered, I decided to remove a link to a pro-palestine site which shows the other side of the Israel/Palestine conflict (with hundreds of graphic images), simply because it is far too horrible to watch even for me. Be glad you are spared the details. Look it up yourselves if you want to be sick the rest of the day, but I dont recommend it.
K, just so I am clear, this is not singling out Gaza, this is an indictment or terror and terrorists sprawling over our planet like a virus, they hate me, they hate you, they more than likely hate their own families. They enjoy inflicting pain and death on others.

I never said Isreal had done no wrong, this really has nothing ..imo to do with isreali's. It is world wide, The Phillipines to France, London to San Fransisco.

I've seen lots of images of dangerous criminals too, but I dont go around fearing that one of these will jump out of a bush to suddenly kill me. Heard about integration? Long before the these "Islamic hate mongers" have gotten to move into the house next door to you (while obviously planning how to kill you in the most gruesome way possible), they will have become too lazy and fat because of all the hamburgers they ate, and too comfortable about the new standard of life, to even bother anymore. Did I once say that you have been tricked into "thinking that they are evil"? Lets do a simple analysis:
1) Who makes the propaganda? Islamic extremist.
2) Whats the aim of the propaganda? To scare people like you into thinking that they are so powerful that they can take over the whole world.
3) Has the propagande been effective? Obviously, in your case YES!
Also, saying stuff like "you dont know me or what I know" is pretty useless, as that goes for all users in here.
If you cant handle the opinions of others, then please write stuff on a piece of paper and put it in a drawer instead of making a rather long post about it on Impulsedriven forums. No, I have the right to my opinion, It's pretty clear what I think, I just recognize when to stop going in circles with some folks.
My problem with threads like this is that people sit back in their safe homes and point at some pictures saying "those are evil terrorists"... The thing is that they would be nowhere near as dangerous if it hadn't been for american/european involvement...
ALL the major terrorist threats that has roamed the middle east in the modern age has had funding and weapons from americans at some point. It's not so hard to figure out where the problem lies... (Not so hard to figure out why some people would rather believe something else either...)
