Orodum, are you a fan of WH40K?

oh, Warhammer 40k.  I don't play it, though i've got a copy of an old White Dwarf mag.  been through it god only knows how many times.  I'm more of a WWII guy.  well, at least, i've actually got a WWII army, but not a 40k one.  as for Fantasy, I'd go for BFG more.

like I said, BFG.  I kinda know a bit about the Chaos ships, and was looking for the mutated ships, but couldn't find them.  by "mutated" ships, I mean ones that are half organic and appear diseased.  I might be able to scan some pics, if I can find the mag.

Darksaber II - A Planetary Assualt Ship

A modification of the planetary core mining laser, this ship is cloaked using the same technology in the Athena stealth cruiser.  It utilizes both traditional shielding as well as kinetic barriers, which are normally bypassed by lasers.  It boasts an impressive array of IR, Ladar, and gravitic sensors.  It boasts four hangars, armed with a total of four hundred Viper IX's, as well as fifty Raptor IV's.  Armed with uncounted rail guns, autocannons, a GUARDIAN defense system, and pulse beams, this ship will truly dominate any ship-to-ship duel.  this ship is usually escorted by a fleet of X-303s and Athena Stealth Cruisers.

X-303 Armored Cruiser

This large ship is a heavily armed cruiser boasting an array of Rail guns and flak cannons.  It has one hangar on the port side, and one on the starboard side, each housing fifty X-302 fighters.  It also houses ten Atlantian fighters, known as Puddle Jumpers.  Its shields may not be the strongest, but it is a force to be reckoned with just the same due to its speed and hull strength.  The most famous of the ships was named the Promethius and served the Tau'ri well throughout hundreds of engagements with superior ships. 

A close relation in design was the Dedalus, serving the Pegasis detachment of the Tau'ri.

currently, there are forty in existence, all guarding the Darksaber II, and these have been retrofitted to hold GUARDIAN defence systems.

But hey, I've been going from universe to universe, and I have another war was started between the UGA and a new, Humanoid-like Aliens called the "Ki-Nosh" and their "Mo-Ran Confederacy" (too bad the Redemption was destroyed 25 years ago at the Battle of Tibalt, at least the war with fake Darth ended).

BTW, nice descriptive list of the Tau'ri ship-classes, and I would like to sign a peace treaty between the United Galactic Allience and Tau'ri.

soo.... how's the diamond plating nullify the gravitic disturbance?  diamond doesn't have any special properties besides being super-strong and when boron-doped being super-conductive.  however a gravitic sensor is actually quite simple, all it requires is a weight suspended in a pressure sensitive chamber.  even a g-meter would work.  my stuff's all from either a book/game, or is possible using today's tech.  while it would take more advanced production processes to make them, they would eventually come around.

I toned it down a bit, gave it one weakness for the moment still thinking of something to add, the reason why its so powerful, because it is an annihilator dreadnaught, something thats very powerfull.

I use to hav Inventer Autodesk 2009 but the 1 year contract died, I loved that CAD program, I built a super super imperial star destroyer on it.

The diamond plating comes from a special heavily vulcanic planet like Mustafar from star wars. This diamonds structure is slightly different. It is infused with some boron to boost it natural  electrical conductivity which what makes able to do its cloaking specialty of projecting images, this electrical conductivity helps with scrambling of incomming communications and sensors, and also it scrambles incomming missiles so that they explode before it hits the ship hopefully, they can turn it off with the circuity that runs through the diamond. The other naturaly property it had, is how we were able to discover it, whiles scanning  a planet's surface like Mustafar, we noticed these blank distortion where there should be lava and land. So we went down on the ground to find what it is, and it was this diamond we found. So basicly it had a naturaly gravity distortion property.

Because we're on the subject of ships, I thought of bringing in one I just thought of:

Goliath class anihillator

Now retired, the Goliath ship was so massive, it was in of it's own class. The basic Idea was to build a 125 km railgun, and build an entire ship around it. Insted of being a "Anti-Fleet" Ship, it was designed as a Weapon of Mass Destruction, said to launch 1,000 kiloton "bullets" at relativlistic speeds (near speed of light) at planets, potentially distorting the planet to a near un-recognisable state, or destroying it alltogether. It was also built to carry three massive fleets, and could even house a Dreadnought. It has impressive firepower and armor, implementing almost all known weapons to the Tau'ri - and some that even now are top secret - as well as boasting the largest ZP core at the time, the only downsides were that it moved relatively slow, and took time to charge it's hyperdrive systems. The only implementation of the 125 kilometer railgun was during the 120 year war, in the Valari system, in which it destroyed a major Resource/Military production complex of the Mik'chong Empire. The Mik'chong belived it to be an extremly large Asteroid, but little evidence could prove anything.

This is a suggested map of the Milky Way galaxy at this time, showing the different factions, their territories, their national colours and their capital worlds in the year 3009.

As you can see, the UGA is the largest faction in the galaxy. Recent negotiations with the Ildarin Empire have put down territorial disputes that could potentially have led to all-out war and the loss of 2 billion lives. However, the dispute settled in the west must now be settled in the north, as the Ashi Sultanate threatens to launch a full assault on the northern regions of the UGA over similar territorial disputes. UGA intellgence also suggests that the Ashi Sultanate are preparing to seize FN-held industrial territory to the north in an attempt to challenge UGA armies, endangering further colonisation plans in the east.

West of the UGA, the Ildarin Empire and the Flaming Ninjas Sanctuary have now agreed to merge together their armies to aid FN forces struggling in the fight against the powerful Vetaron Confederacy, and also to further their mutual goals against expansivists. The UGA has also laid plans for a joint offensive with the FN Sanctuary and the Ildarin Empire against the southern Vetaron Confederacy, but chose to withdraw their forces after a sudden political crisis between the northern UGA and the Ashi Sultanate.

North-west of the UGA is the Vetaron Confederacy. They have been following an aggresive expansionist policy in recent years, which threatens the territorial claims of the DN Voidsector, the FN Sanctuary and the Starguard Palatine simultaneously. The military hopes to have seized FN territory in the north-west by 3011, and also plans to conquer the Voidsector by 3017, while plans for the conquest of the Starguard Palatine remain highly ambiguous. Due to its distance from the UGA, the Confederacy enjoys relative freedom to invade and enslave neighbouring nations, and for this remains a sworn enemy of the FN clan.

East of the Vetaron Confederacy are the dual nations of the Dark Ninja Voidsector and the Starguard Palatine.

I though you'd like that. I also named your capital planet 'Enmatar' because it has etymological links to Mustafar i.e. the names are spelt similiarly. What's your first order, Emperor?

As a Flaming Ninja, my allegiance lies solely with the FN Sanctuary. However, I introduced the Vetaron Confederacy as my faction, so I guess I'll take up their presidency.
