I am actually quite lost in this plot you've come up with, so I'll just randomly gate in with my corsair-class battlecruiser, the Avatar, and my terminator-class dreadnought, the Habeus Corpus. I couldn't decide between them so I brought both.

Battleships

The Zenith-class is a revolutionary capital ship design, favouring mass firepower and the devastating new antimatter drivers over armour and shield capacity. The Shervan-class is the mainstay run-of-the-mill battleship – good firepower combined with substantial shields and a simple task at hand – blast everything else to pieces. Has a very diverse pantheon of uses, but is best used in a shock attack to devastate a hostile fleet, or in a raid against enemy positions.
An incredibly heavily armed battleship, this is a dream come true for most fleet commanders, as it has an enormous hangar as well as many autocannon mounts, making this a superior strikecraft-oriented ship. Its second strongest point is its broadside lances and forward torpedoes.
Aircraft Carriers
Kakashi-class The Kakashi is a massive carrier used for close fighter/bomber support. It has 10 hanger bays on the port side and 10 on the starboard side, each hanger housing 100,000 Shruiken class fighters and 100,000 Kunai class bombers. Battlecruisers STAR-class (Stellar Arsenal) A standard battlecruiser, a STAR is heavily armed and armoured, and a single one can subdue any unarmed world. Also carries a fixed teraspider battery capable of ripping through shields and armour with ease, as well as numerous high explosive ballistic missiles. SWORD-class (Stellar Weapons and Ordinance Deliverer) Nowhere near as heavily armed as a STAR, a SWORD is however much larger and more heavily armoured. It is almost invulnerable against fighters, as its main defensive weaponry is composed of humans of torpedoes capable of defending it from any fighter assault. The basic Idea was to build a 125 km railgun, and build an entire ship around it. Instead of being a "Anti-Fleet" Ship, it was designed as a Weapon of Mass Destruction, said to launch 1,000 kiloton "bullets" at relativistic speeds (near speed of light) at planets, potentially distorting the planet to a near un-recognisable state, or destroying it altogether. It was also built to carry three massive fleets, and could even house a Dreadnought. It has impressive firepower and armour, implementing almost all known weapons to the Tau'ri - and some that even now are top secret - as well as boasting the largest ZP core at the time, the only downsides were that it moved relatively slow, and took time to charge its hyperdrive systems. The only implementation of the 125 kilometre railgun was during the 120 year war, in the Valari system, in which it destroyed a major Resource/Military production complex of the Mik'chong Empire. Annihilator Dreadnoughts Caedus-class The newest revolution in power core design had brought this ship to be useable. This new power core makes this ship one of the most powerful ever. It is very strong in many areas due to its advanced power core. The design of the ship is similar to an imperial super star destroyer, except that it is for flattened out and it is longer and broader to give it a sleek look, this sleek look allows to be able to use a very special cloaking technology, so on scanners it just looks like an there is nothing there. Basically it take an image on one side and displays it on the exact opposite side., so it looks like nothing is there, in that design it makes able to have shields up at the same time. Siege Dreadnoughts Shatterer-class The largest man-made object in space, The Shatterer is a huge ring, millions of miles across; it’s inside surface covered with railguns. The purpose of the Shatterer is simple: go to an enemy planet, put the Shatterer around it like a hula-hoop, and have it fire all its railguns, pulverizing the surface. The Shatterer spins around the planet; pole to pole, making sure every nanometre of the surface is decimated. This is the ultimate planetary assault weapon. Destroyers Halbringer-class A fast and powerful destroyer, this ship has tons of bang for the buck. Most are powered by many specialized zero-point modules, this ship has more energy contained in its engines alone than a star over its entire lifetime. These ships are refitted Alteran frigates, containing thousands of drones and DE (Directed Energy) weapons. At the centre of some of these powerful ships is a dangerously modified Zero-Point Energy Collector, which utilizes the ZP energy from a nearby universe. due to the immense size of alternate universes, these ships are million fold more powerful than their ZPM powered counterparts. Due to the radiation emitted from these collectors, these ships are completely unmanned, and cannot be manned, even for repairs. The power of these generators can maintain a nearly impenetrable shield, able to weather the strongest of attacks for weeks on end. This shield, in the dual-layer common of modern ships, is reinforced with a kinetic barrier, which is supported by GUARDIAN defences. Each of these ships can easily take on ten to twelve dreadnoughts at a time, and has enough ammunition to take out thousands. A wolf pack of this class of ship is the greatest fear of any space-borne commander. Grand Cruisers Repulsive-class The Repulsive is a juggernaut of a warship. It almost rivals Battleships with its substantial munitions capacity, and is well-equipped with enough firepower to flick aside all but the most foolhardy. It is armed with powerful forward torpedoes and broadside weapons mounts. Stealth Cruisers Athena-class An entirely new design, this class incorporates the function of the "Black" classification level Athena project on a visual and infrared wavelength, rendering ships of this type completely invisible to visual and infrared sensors. Using the ancient property of cancelling waves, the Athena emits opposite waves to those about to strike it, cancelling out all electromagnetic radiation other than gamma- and X-rays. This new breakthrough allows Athena’s to sneak up on unsuspecting enemy fleets and lay waste to them without being detected. Be aware, however, that if too close, magnetic and gravitational sensors can pick up the ship, as can retracing the angle-of-attack bearings, allowing opponents to fire upon the Athena. It has impressive firepower and armour, implementing almost all known weapons to the Tau'ri - and some that even now are top secret - as well as boasting the largest ZP core at the time, the only downsides were that it moved relatively slow, and took time to charge its hyperdrive systems. The only implementation of the 125 kilometre railgun was during the 120 year war, in the Valari system, in which it destroyed a major Resource/Military production complex of the Mik'chong Empire. The Mik'chong believed it to be an extremely large Asteroid, but little evidence could prove anything.
Annihilator Dreadnoughts
The newest revolution in power core design had brought this ship to be useable. This new power core makes this ship one of the most powerful ever. It is very strong in many areas due to its advanced power core. The design of the ship is similar to an imperial super star destroyer, except that it is for flattened out and it is longer and broader to give it a sleek look, this sleek look allows to be able to use a very special cloaking technology, so on scanners it just looks like an there is nothing there. Its diamond armour coating is what helps with the cloaking technology. Basically it take an image on one side and displays it on the exact opposite side., so it looks like nothing is there, in that design it makes able to have shields up at the same time. Also with that diamond armour coating distorts its gravity distortion identification to make it not there physically there, it also distorts any electronic signal into background noise. All of its weapons are done in almost the same way, every weapon is coloured black with identification distortion signal, and all energy weapons are coloured black, meaning all burnt fuel is black, lasers are black, jazzers are black and missiles are black. Also all strike craft are done the same way. Even with the sheer size of this ship, its speed and manoeuvrability is outstanding.
This ship contains the following weapons, counter measure, and other equipment:
· 25 long range turbolasers
· 550 jazzer banks (these are energy projectile weapons: they can heavily damage both shielding and armour: for example if I put this ship against the Athens-class stealth cruiser, it would annihilate the shield quickly but i would not know about the armour on that ship though.)
· 300 Armour Borer Missile Banks (These missiles completely bypass shields with its shield penetration/blocking technology and bores into a ships armour then explodes inside the ship for increased damage
· 50,000 anti-strikecraft auto cannons
· 750,000 turbo laser cannons
· 1,000 warfare tractor beams (These beams can capture ships and force them to ram other ships)
· Titanium class gravity distortion sensors,
· Extra thick Titanium class dura-armour with a coating of diamond armour
· 5 Star Gazer class shielding generators
· Diamond Star Streaker Class Hyperdrive Engine; This ship in real space can go up to 1 au/second, in hyperspace it can about 50 au/second
· 5 enormous hangars, each hangar has 25,000 Igerian Stealth Bombers and 25,000 Valrim Stealth Star Fighters
· This Dreadnaught is great for severe damage sneak attacks, due to its pure invisibility including its weapons, will surely win all one on one duels.

Dreadnoughts
The original design of the Terminator-class was highly ambitious and dangerous. It planned to utilise the now outlawed energy hypercells in a massive fore-mounted cannon, which was built with the power to destroy small stars, but this was scrapped along with the rest of the dreadnought design when found to be completely unstable and neither cost- nor combat- effective. On an official perspective, this is where the plans died, but the design was inevitably expanded on by eccentric mercenaries looking for a large pay rise. The result was the implementation of crystalline refractors made from rare Eva-3 crystals to stabilise the weapon, and the introduction of more weapon systems on the aft and sides of the ship. Only a handful of ships remain now that many major powers have initiated an aggressive ‘Seek and destroy’ policy against them.
The Darkness-class is a round disc 100 miles across and bristling with all kinds of weapons. There are 2 types: Darkness, which have high level cloaking and advanced electronic counter measures, and Negotiator, which have no cloaking but make up for it with even more powerful weapons and shields.
Siege Dreadnoughts
The largest man-made object in space, The Shatterer is a huge ring, millions of miles across; it’s inside surface covered with railguns. The purpose of the Shatterer is simple: go to an enemy planet, put the Shatterer around it like a hula-hoop, and have it fire all its railguns, pulverizing the surface. The Shatterer spins around the planet; pole to pole, making sure every nanometre of the surface is decimated. This is the ultimate planetary assault weapon.
Destroyers
A fast and powerful destroyer, this ship has tons of bang for the buck. Most are powered by many specialized zero-point modules, this ship has more energy contained in its engines alone than a star over its entire lifetime. These ships are refitted Alteran frigates, containing thousands of drones and DE (Directed Energy) weapons. At the centre of some of these powerful ships is a dangerously modified Zero-Point Energy Collector, which utilizes the ZP energy from a nearby universe. due to the immense size of alternate universes, these ships are million fold more powerful than their ZPM powered counterparts. Due to the radiation emitted from these collectors, these ships are completely unmanned, and cannot be manned, even for repairs. The power of these generators can maintain a nearly impenetrable shield, able to weather the strongest of attacks for weeks on end. This shield, in the dual-layer common of modern ships, is reinforced with a kinetic barrier, which is supported by GUARDIAN defences.
Each of these ships can easily take on ten to twelve dreadnoughts at a time, and has enough ammunition to take out thousands. A wolf pack of this class of ship is the greatest fear of any space-borne commander.
Grand Cruisers
The Repulsive is a juggernaut of a warship. It almost rivals Battleships with its substantial munitions capacity, and is well-equipped with enough firepower to flick aside all but the most foolhardy.
It is armed with powerful forward torpedoes and broadside weapons mounts.
Stealth Cruisers
An entirely new design, this class incorporates the function of the "Black" classification level Athena project on a visual and infrared wavelength, rendering ships of this type completely invisible to visual and infrared sensors. Using the ancient property of cancelling waves, the Athena emits opposite waves to those about to strike it, cancelling out all electromagnetic radiation other than gamma- and X-rays. This new breakthrough allows Athena’s to sneak up on unsuspecting enemy fleets and lay waste to them without being detected. Be aware, however, that if too close, magnetic and gravitational sensors can pick up the ship, as can retracing the angle-of-attack bearings, allowing opponents to fire upon the Athena. Shielding is minimal and cannot activate while cloaked, but the laser and antimatter warhead weapons are extremely effective at such close ranges.
Note: currently only one prototype in existence and costs are inhibitive until standardized assembly lines can manufacture this ship class.
A modification of the planetary core mining laser, this ship is cloaked using the same technology in the Athena stealth cruiser. It utilizes both traditional shielding as well as kinetic barriers, which are normally bypassed by lasers. It boasts an impressive array of IR, Ladar, and gravity sensors. It boasts four hangars, armed with a total of 400 Viper IX's, as well as 50 Raptor IV's. Armed with uncounted rail guns, autocannons, and pulse beams, this ship will truly dominate any ship-to-ship duel. This ship is usually escorted by a fleet of X-303s and Athena Stealth Cruisers.
Armored Cruisers
This large ship is a heavily armed cruiser boasting an array of rail guns and flak cannons. It has one hangar on the port side, and one on the starboard side, each housing fifty X-302 fighters. It also houses 10 Atlantian fighters, known as Puddle Jumpers. Its shields may not be the strongest, but it is a force to be reckoned with just the same due to its speed and hull strength. The most famous of the ships was named the Promethius and served the Tau'ri well throughout hundreds of engagements with superior ships.
A close relation in design was the Dedalus, serving the Pegasis detachment of the Tau'ri.
Currently, there are forty in existence, all guarding the Darksaber II.
Artillery Cruisers
These ships are not heavily armoured, but can engage enemy from a range of several light-minutes with their variable weapon system Naginata beam cannons which can be changed from laser to particle beam to ion cannon to plasma gun on a moment’s notice. The Aran cruisers can also engage enemies from light-years away with their Nodachi hyperspace missiles. The Aran class cruisers also have extremely powerful cloaking devices.
Fighters
The Shruiken is very much like its namesake: fast, deadly, and quick to deploy. An A.I. controlled fighter, armed with 4 laser cannons and 2 particle beam cannons, the Shruiken is a force to be reckoned with.
Bombers
The Kunai is a bomber, and performs its job well. An A.I. controlled bomber, it is armed with a payload of Striker antimatter missiles. Not only do the missiles themselves cause extreme damage, but they can also cause reactors to go critical.
Oh, but a star can't go inside a spaceship.

Anyway, in my dreaming of what it would be like to be human, I came up with these:
STAR (Stellar Arsenal)
A standard Ship-of-the-Line, a STAR is heavily armed and armoured, and a single one can subdue any unarmed world. Also carries a fixed teraspider battery capable of ripping through shields and armour with ease, as well as numerous high explosive ballistic missiles.
SWORD (Stellar Weapons and Ordinance Deliverer)
No where near as heavily armed as a STAR, a SWORD is however much larger and more heavily armoured. It is almost invulnerable against fighters, as its main defensive weaponry is composed of humans of torpedoes capable of defending it from any fighter assault. It has its own teraspider battery, but it is aimable, though not as powerful as that of a STAR. Each one can also deploy 10000 biomech troopers through four landing ships.
If you want me to put them in the list, you'll need to give each ship a type and class e.g. Zenith-class Battleship. I've got a lot more categories coming coming up so you may want to wait a while before you suggest a type and class. But other than that, they're awesomely original!

Repulsive class Grand Cruiser
A slow but powerful warship. It almost rivals Battleships in its ability take rounds, and Is well-endowed with enough firepower to worry all but the most foolhardy.
Despoiler class Line-of-Battle ship
An incredibly heavily armed battleship, this is a dream come true for most fleet commanders, as it has an enormous hangar as well as many autocannon mounts, this is definitely a strikecraft-oriented ship. Its second strongest point is its broadside lances and forward torpedoes.
