Are we still up for more galactic conflict? Now that the Vetaron Confederacy has scattered nuclear waste everywhere, pretty much every world in the galaxy is an empty wasteland. Various factions are starting to form where law and society has disintegrated, while Kyogre12 is 'no-where to be seen'. NACA has estabilished subsurface bunker systems on it's planets to maintain integrity, but has run into political tension (think Cold War) with neighbouring LOA territory as bandits and other deviants travel freely over their borders.

The Sultanate core worlds withdraw all envoys and cut all diplomatic ties with the rest of the galaxy. A short time later, the colony on Eden Prime, near Eclipse, drops out of contact.
The Flaming Ninjas spread out bringing peace, consolation and saftey to neighboring worlds, along with anti-radiation barriers. New Tokyo, and island of peace in a sea of chaos, beomes the capital of the newley formed Union of Galactic Serenity. The UGS begins working on a plan to stop the blast.

The research vessels sent to investigate the radiation wave discover a way to cancel out the radiation, using technology of their new Athena vessel. The Sultanate immediately begins installing radiation canceling devices between their worlds and the epicenter of the blast, each requiring the power of a sun to counteract the powerful wave. The encoding required in the computer controlling the anti-rad devices is entered in an eternity code, making it impossible to reverse engineer. The superconducting materials required are taken from several uninhabited worlds, draining them of nearly all their resources.
With every scientific mind in the galaxy working as fast as they can, and with numerous Matrioshka brains working on the same project, a way is found to counteract the blast before it has expanded past Vetaron territory. The Hydrogues, using their advanced technology, are able to create new planets and stars to replace those lost and stop the galaxy from destabilizing. Meanwhile, the fallout from the blast appears to be traveling much faster than it should be. The scientists believe that this may be an effect of the suoerweapon. The UGS quickl moves in to protect planets from the advancing cloud of radiation and initiates cleanup procedures on worlds already contaminated.

That's a hell of a lot of stars and planets. Let's keep this rational and say NACA is driving back the void at an extremely slow pace. By now, much of the LOA infrastructure is collapsing due to absence of state control. The UGS is struggling to defeat the factions that have sprung up in LOA territory, mainly due to archaic transport links and impossibility of base estabilishment. Due to rising political tension, NACA refuses to support the LOA with technology required to recover from the cataclysm.
The Kyogre Enclaves may be gone, but we can't ascertain the status of Kyogre12.
Yes it would take a long time to replace all those planets, but it would happen eventually. The UGS begins construction o large shipyards, for the construction of ships to help in the defeat of rouge faactions, and tries to get the NACA and LOA on more agreeable terms, and send scouts to look for Kyroge.

As LOA control disintegrates, criminal organisations such as the Evatan Syndicate begin to resurface. New dealings between the Ashi Sultanate and the Evatan Syndicate creates a shared territory pact. From Deifheart, the Evatan Syndicate is free to expand it's sphere of influence over UGA territory and estabilishes numerous beachheads. NACA engineers begin filling the void created in 3035 with new stellar objects, but refuse to grant the neccessary technology to the LOA. NACA officials become aware of the Ashi Sultanate's criminal links and threaten to exile the nation from NACA if links are not severed. New peace plans between LOA and NACA are denied by NACA, and NACA begins building up it's WMD pool. NACA threatens to initiate a WMD strike on Greystar if immigrants continue to move freely from LOA space into NACA space.
More colonies begin dropping out of contact, and reports of a huge, mysterious dreadnought begin surfacing.
The Sultanate begins expanding into the gap left on the northern border of the UGA.

In 3037, Ashi/Evatan forces formed the Black Market Pact (BMP). On the southern front, BMP forces pushed deeper into UGA territory and managed to capture Eclipse. On a newly estabilished western front, BMP forces began expansion into Hydrogue space. NACA, already distressed at the Ashi Sultanate's criminal links, took this expansion as a declaration of war and created a supply embargo on the Ashi Sultanate. On the NACA/LOA border, tensions had reached crisis point when Hydrogue forces primed their WMDs on Teratron and prepared to fire upon Greystar. In reponse, UGS sympethisers negoitated a temporary NAP and promised to fulfill NACA demands by 3040. In 3038, UGS declared the second Free City Convention to assess the current situation and propose a solution.
I understand, sorry - I sometimes refuse to create a new map on demand due to the time taken to produce it. If you want, I can develop a scenario which would bring you out of the pact with the Evatan Syndicate and, possibly, back into NACA.
