The server hardware died today. We are moving it to a new server (along with other functions). The following will be down for a few hours:

First y go to Ironclad Online, Create permanent account, y put my Account name, Pass, Cdkey and e-mail then y press Accepts.... and nothing happens.....

When will impulse be back, I need my game updated so I can play Entrenchment will donate all the cash you need just to get it back up and running it's already been a year!!

Okay, what if I setup my stardock account during this period and bought entrenchment as well. You said that the customer database updating was affected. Will my purchase issued be fixed as well?

Maybe if they had a brain they would have marketed their products so that they could AFFORD better equipment. Unfortunatly a "catastrophic error" happening during the BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR means their hardware could not HANDLE the volume of traffic. Maybe some money should be re-invested into the company instead of paying fat cats to sit on their @#$ and do nothing. I play EVE ONLINE and I gladly pay a monthly FEE so I dont have these problems and can play my games!
any word on what the deal is with impulse??? bought entrenchment and diplomacy but i can't install them unless i register my copy of sins............which isn't working. sent the e-mail to tech support. i'd really like to be able to use the products I PAID for....
^ a few days ago. the point is not that they should be working on holidays or anything like that. Its more that when a company offers a product which a customer pays for generally the customer is able to make use of said product immediately. From what I've ready in previous topics it seems that this business of Impulse not accepting registration keys from software purchased through third party retailers has been going on for well over a year.....
