Now there are 12 artifacts, including 3 new ones (the bottom row)! I found all 12, and here is the first picture of them.
I was a little disappointed that the new ones weren't more powerful (similar to most of the others). And it is still questionable whether it is worth spending the money to search for artifacts.
The new "Planetary Organic AI" artifact is probably the most valuable of the new artifacts as it boosts tax income by 10%, and speeds up population growth rates (by 20%, see it highlighted in bottom right corner).
Overall, I believe that the Data Archive artifact, which lowers research costs by 25%, is still by far the most valuable artifact.

The Kenetic Intensifier is still my fave. Combine with +15% damage in culture with Vas and you get nearly 500 DPS starbases
I think the two phase jump speed artifacts should be merged and a shield artifact introduced.
what are the three new artifacts i know about the matter compressor and the organic AI but what is the other one?
Yeah i know the ball one decreases bombardment damage by 20% but what does the one in the center do?

Thats a planet special ability, usually on pirate base, once i got it from an asteroid though. (Jumps on his space pony) Giddyap, Pinky! Huh? No space pony smiley?
