Too blurry, I have the Neo-Tholian logo which appears in the full mod and I needed them to match.

Creating another new bik (which also involves a TitleWnd.dxpack file values editing) or renaming any given png to bik AND using those only from the proper location in the mod folder.
My mom won't let me download the tools that can edit those. So can someone fix the DX pack and the Terror Star animation, here is the image i'm using for the background,
Ok here is the ISC logo I forgot. Its in the pack now awaiting approval. But just copy this one since its exactly the same and the right size.

Anyone have an idea of what the Deian logo should be? Its the only one I don't have. They will be a minor race and they are not members of Federation but Associate Members. So basically there is a treaty. Reason I picked them is that I thought it would be cool for role-playing if you are playing the Federation. Romulans declare war on the Deian? Do you declare war in their defense? Or what if the Deians declare war on you or vice versa? Civil War?
Anyway I was thinking of some sort of banner that included a unique emblem but that also included the Federation logo. Kinda like the British Union Jack is on the Australian flag.
I know, I was just asking if anyone one would like to make the improvements since I'm busy with the techtrees.
Are you going to use the Federation logo(s) that are offered here in the Library? Or are you going to make your own? There was a set that had several of the associate Member logos in it.
Were you thinking of doing what you said with this one? I could see the star field being changed with something else for your Deians. Or the other thing would be just to do something seperate all together.
Here is a couple of other ideas. First is from the Battletech set of logos.
The second idea is called the Elf race and was created by Formis6
we could combine the two. Add the Federation emblem at the bottom of that Battletech banner.
