Welcome to 7 Deadly Sins 2.5 FINAL for the latest version of Sins Entrenchment 1.053.7DS can only be played at HIGH maximum settings. DO NOT USE VERY HIGH settings. This will cause a minidump. Also, there is an issue with Win7 64 bit. You will get crashes, load errors, or the game will not even play, with or without warning. Just keep reloading the game and trying until you actually get into the game and play. This is a Windows problem, not a problem with Sins or 7DS.

Trader Emergency Coalition- solely based on trade and swarming, with little military might Corpo-Nations that have rebelled against the Trade Order. Their military might stripped, they have turned to allying themselves with various factions and hiring mercs for protection. TEC has new Battlecruisers, mercenary contracts, and EMP shells that bypass shields to a small degree.Trade Coalition Armada- the military arm of the Trade Order Once the development arm of the Trade Order, they are now the last hope for the Trade Order and humanity. Their ships are bricks with extreme range railguns.
TCA has state of the art weapons on traditional capitalships plus the Dresden and Athena Dreadnought and Beta Kol Titan.The Orion Unity- modified Orion and Advent Combine Some Orion split with the Atlantian-Orion Combine to guide the Advent towards their ultimate evolutionary stage. TOU ships are stronger, faster and deadlier; They can even travel between worlds using the Phase Stabilizer technology of the Tempest Titan. Ship research boosts weapon performance.
DARK FLEET- modified Vasari The Dark Fleet is all that remains of the Vasari. Where the weak Exodus ran often and fought rarely, the Dark Fleet seeks total dominion through force of arms. Their 5 Titan ships roam looking for prey. Play style is familiar with greater armor, firepower and destructive potential.
Imperial Armada- from Star Wars Guided by a clone of General Thrawn, the wasteland armadas of the Imperial Armada can employ powerful Force Alchemical Technology and even unleash the power of the Executor Super Star Destroyer. Can unlock Jedi and/or Sith Holocrons for performance boost to defenses or offenses respectively -and at the expense of the other.
Rogue Cadre- Playable, custom pirates Rob, pilfer, and steal your way to greatness. The Rogue Cadre is a melting pot of human cultures, Advent refugees and what remains of the Vasari. They have gathered against the TCA, TOU, Atlantian-Orion Combine and TOC to free humanity from tyranny, mysticism and slavery. Posess the Precursor Titan and The Machine -the latter capable of capturing capitalships
Arilou Vanguard- UFO race from the Star Control Games Not being of this dimension, the Arilou do not rely on money and normal means of transport or construction. They simply spawn ships from their "motherships", and travel through Quasispace, which propels them at near instant speeds from planet to planet.
Ur-quan KohrAh Third Doctrinal Fleet- Death race from the Star Control games Totally aggressive, the Korh-Ah are built for battle. They are all offense, and barely any defense. They focus on exterminating every race and every planet they find, and almost every ship is capable of boming from orbit. Their goal is to "cleanse" the universe of all other sentient life, anything that is not an Ur-Quan.
Ur-Quan KzerZa Third Doctrinal Fleet- Slaving race from the Star Control games Unlike their Kor-Ah cousins, the Kzer-Za believe in a diplomatic approach, let alone old habits of enslaving entire races into their Hierarchy. They have grown from their 10,000 year old ways, and are more good than bad now.
Atlantian-Orion Combine- the ultimate race, the seeders of life (the gods) The Combine are part of the original Creator Alliance and responsible for seeding galaxies with genetic data. The Orion are the protectors and defenders until the Atlantian vessels can be fielded. Their greatest strength is their technology, but the loss of labs remove bonuses gained from research.
Taalo Horde- Ancient Rock race, from the Star Control games As if the universe itself groaned for a protector, the Taalo have awakened from a million year slumber only to find old allies -the Atlantians and Arilou stripping the galaxy of semi-sentient flo-metal. They are the ultimate enviromental defender with a naive sense of justice. They have incorporated alien technology into their asteroid bodies with great results.
Triad of Creation- Ancient Destroyers of Worlds, Galactic Enslavers The Triad of Creation, the Dnyarri, Antaran and Lapis, seek to eradicate all life in the universe. They nearly destroyed the Atlantian-Orion Combine in the Ori galaxy by turning their creation -the Vasari- against them. They emerged from within the Rogue Cadre taking a sizeable portion of their population into slavery. Their fleets struck the Taalo and Dark Fleet with vessels designed for infiltration nearly crippling the two factions.

I apollogize for my sudden outburst of craziness back there, I tend to have periods of random insanity that tend to spread out to everything I do.
Anyway, so i just realized that my favourite ship (in appearance, anyway) is definately the Rogue's Assassin Class capitol ship. Call me crazy (You wouldn't be the first) but it just appears to be what my idea of a space ship built for war would look like. That and it looks like a totally kick-ass submarine .
I do have one question, though:
A while ago, I showed a close friend of mine one of Kodiak cruisers (The one that wasn't what the name said it was, located in the frigates section) for the TEC, and he went all psyco-grin on me. I think he said it was the 'Pillar of Autumn" from Halo. If this is true, will the other ships from the Halo mod be included in future releases?
What version and faction are you using? I don't think Dan had any of my ships ingame until beta D.
Any chance of merging this with Distant Stars
Danman, first of all thanks to you and your team for the time and effort you invest!
I have been trying to download the latest version of your beautiful mod for the last few days without success.
Filefront keeps informing me that

I've pretty much given up on trying...I have also spent too much time trying to find alternate download sites but to no avail...
I know you and your team spend enormous amounts of time modding, but I would apreciate it if you could find a minute or two to find a quick and reliable provider to host this mod properly.
Personaly, I like Rapidshare but too few of your followers own a premium Rapidshare account...
Whatever you decide/find, I hope it will be soon, because I NEED THIS MOD!

And also, is there anything exept for filefront were i can download it? I have O2, and live in chzeck republick, and by some wired reason O2(my internet provider) does not work with filefront propelly.

maybe this will get fixed by Star/Clad otherwise modders are going to be putting in quintuple time to convert their mods.

Most of us play over the Hamachi LAN network, and completly avoid ICO. We do this so that we don't have to worry about port fowarding and such, as anyone can host easily with Hamachi. Come join us!

As far as playing with the Pillar of Autumn, it was the TEC that had them:
It can be found in the TEC frigate building group and unlocked via Kodiak research. It isn't too strong, but irritating when in numbers (5 + a smal fleet versus 3 ISS II's. My ships were eventually overwhelmed and had to retreat, but took many TEC ships out along the way)

As far as what version I have, I believe it is the most recent beta release of this mod.
I just started playing this mod extensively after playing around with a few others which happen to be included in yours. I love it and it's quite fun. This mod is sooo much fun. I love the whole presentation and feel. The extra planets with the bonuses add so much. I played one of my favorite games of all time because of this mod. I was playing a huge 70 planet map against 7 AI's, and I found 2 ship graveyards close to my home and I had a nice little derelict fleet that aided the victory. 9 hours of maddness. On a side note.... I colonized a toxic planet and had everything built up on it except exploring it. Then I explored and found a bonus called deadly secret and it wiped out the colony. I really liked this touch. It those little things that make the experience fun and different everytime. I haven't played any other mods since. Plus there just isn't anything comparable to seeing a rag tag fleet take on a seperated and isolated jumbo atlantian ship. SOOOO much fun. Kudos. Thanks to all who are involved in making this. Thanks Danman and company.
Also I had a couple of basic questions. Out of all of the special planet types whhat do they fall under for research purposes? Do paradise, forest, and savannah planets all benefit from the terran planet population increase researches? Are barren planets counted as desert planets in regards to these research items? What are industrial planets counted as? Can I even increase the population cap by research on these special planet types? Will arctic population research also increase it on oceanic planets? Relic planets? Old Naval base?
Now a few minor criticisms if I may. On the next version can you perhaps clean up the description of the computer control research item? The description it's still just too vague as to what it does and for the gas giant /moon reasearch it's spelled colonisation but elsewhere on the research tree items it's spelled colonization. Also the wormhole exit effect bogs my system down horribly whereas everything else is fine.
Barren planets have their own research...thingy....called....uhm...something about 'tunneling". It comes before, I Think, the ability to capture derelict ships.
Sorry I'm so vague, but I rarely ever worry about the population stuff, as I am still fuzzy on what it has to do with, well, anything. I'm too busy concerning myself with increasing my resource income and the offensive and defensive capabilities of my ships.

You caught me. I guess that just slipped in. I think there was a bloom problem though so to some of you it might be glowing ever-so-slightly with bloom enabled.
