Welcome to 7 Deadly Sins 2.5 FINAL for the latest version of Sins Entrenchment 1.053.7DS can only be played at HIGH maximum settings. DO NOT USE VERY HIGH settings. This will cause a minidump. Also, there is an issue with Win7 64 bit. You will get crashes, load errors, or the game will not even play, with or without warning. Just keep reloading the game and trying until you actually get into the game and play. This is a Windows problem, not a problem with Sins or 7DS.

Trader Emergency Coalition- solely based on trade and swarming, with little military might Corpo-Nations that have rebelled against the Trade Order. Their military might stripped, they have turned to allying themselves with various factions and hiring mercs for protection. TEC has new Battlecruisers, mercenary contracts, and EMP shells that bypass shields to a small degree.Trade Coalition Armada- the military arm of the Trade Order Once the development arm of the Trade Order, they are now the last hope for the Trade Order and humanity. Their ships are bricks with extreme range railguns.
TCA has state of the art weapons on traditional capitalships plus the Dresden and Athena Dreadnought and Beta Kol Titan.The Orion Unity- modified Orion and Advent Combine Some Orion split with the Atlantian-Orion Combine to guide the Advent towards their ultimate evolutionary stage. TOU ships are stronger, faster and deadlier; They can even travel between worlds using the Phase Stabilizer technology of the Tempest Titan. Ship research boosts weapon performance.
DARK FLEET- modified Vasari The Dark Fleet is all that remains of the Vasari. Where the weak Exodus ran often and fought rarely, the Dark Fleet seeks total dominion through force of arms. Their 5 Titan ships roam looking for prey. Play style is familiar with greater armor, firepower and destructive potential.
Imperial Armada- from Star Wars Guided by a clone of General Thrawn, the wasteland armadas of the Imperial Armada can employ powerful Force Alchemical Technology and even unleash the power of the Executor Super Star Destroyer. Can unlock Jedi and/or Sith Holocrons for performance boost to defenses or offenses respectively -and at the expense of the other.
Rogue Cadre- Playable, custom pirates Rob, pilfer, and steal your way to greatness. The Rogue Cadre is a melting pot of human cultures, Advent refugees and what remains of the Vasari. They have gathered against the TCA, TOU, Atlantian-Orion Combine and TOC to free humanity from tyranny, mysticism and slavery. Posess the Precursor Titan and The Machine -the latter capable of capturing capitalships
Arilou Vanguard- UFO race from the Star Control Games Not being of this dimension, the Arilou do not rely on money and normal means of transport or construction. They simply spawn ships from their "motherships", and travel through Quasispace, which propels them at near instant speeds from planet to planet.
Ur-quan KohrAh Third Doctrinal Fleet- Death race from the Star Control games Totally aggressive, the Korh-Ah are built for battle. They are all offense, and barely any defense. They focus on exterminating every race and every planet they find, and almost every ship is capable of boming from orbit. Their goal is to "cleanse" the universe of all other sentient life, anything that is not an Ur-Quan.
Ur-Quan KzerZa Third Doctrinal Fleet- Slaving race from the Star Control games Unlike their Kor-Ah cousins, the Kzer-Za believe in a diplomatic approach, let alone old habits of enslaving entire races into their Hierarchy. They have grown from their 10,000 year old ways, and are more good than bad now.
Atlantian-Orion Combine- the ultimate race, the seeders of life (the gods) The Combine are part of the original Creator Alliance and responsible for seeding galaxies with genetic data. The Orion are the protectors and defenders until the Atlantian vessels can be fielded. Their greatest strength is their technology, but the loss of labs remove bonuses gained from research.
Taalo Horde- Ancient Rock race, from the Star Control games As if the universe itself groaned for a protector, the Taalo have awakened from a million year slumber only to find old allies -the Atlantians and Arilou stripping the galaxy of semi-sentient flo-metal. They are the ultimate enviromental defender with a naive sense of justice. They have incorporated alien technology into their asteroid bodies with great results.
Triad of Creation- Ancient Destroyers of Worlds, Galactic Enslavers The Triad of Creation, the Dnyarri, Antaran and Lapis, seek to eradicate all life in the universe. They nearly destroyed the Atlantian-Orion Combine in the Ori galaxy by turning their creation -the Vasari- against them. They emerged from within the Rogue Cadre taking a sizeable portion of their population into slavery. Their fleets struck the Taalo and Dark Fleet with vessels designed for infiltration nearly crippling the two factions.

Euh, no offence but I think you're mistaken. Tried putting the mod in that very version. It minidumped.
EDIT: Maybe not. This new beta minidumps on my computer all the time. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. A readme note of some sort would be nice.
EDIT #2: Eh-heh...kinda feel stupid. The download screen said it was for Entrenchment. I have the latest version thereof. Minidumped anyway. Any constructive advice to remedy this situation? It's beyond a joke.

I see we have a fellow Star Controller! Only you would know about the Orz and "Pretty Space".
That is basically the idea. In the 7DS universe, the Taalo are as old as the Universe...they became sentient shortly after the Universe formed. They, and the Atlantians, are two of the oldest races in the Universe. The Orz chased them through "Pretty Space", which sounds a lot like Quasispace where the Arilou come from. If it was like Event Horion, one can only guess (great movie BTW) and when they finally came out of it, they went dormant and became resource asteroids and planetary bodies. Now they have awakened....and are in fact pissed off. Still good guys per say, but like the Atlantians, they are on a mission. They also seek retribution against the Kohr-Ah for nearly wiping them out ans sending them to "Pretty Space".
And don't worry...the ORZ will make their appearance soon enough!
I am SO happy to hear that people are getting to actually enjoy the new BETA. I am continuing to optimize on my end for BETA 3, and we have revamped the Arilou, and are working on the Kzer-Za now. The Athena is getting what it needs, and so other things are underway.

So i downloaded the mod and all of the files seem to have unzipped correctly but i haven't put the mod in the proper folder yet.
I know i need to put the textures and sounds folders into the main mod folder, but what do i do with all of the skins that so gracefully unzipped outside of any folder?
EDIT: I put the whole mod (minus the skins, i have no idea what to do with those. How necessary are they?) into the Entrenchment v1.051 folder. It started up great, played a random medium game with me as Atlantians, vs the Dark Fleet, TOU, and Arilou. Minidumped as soon as i selected my capital ship factory. Help?
And now it just minidumps when i go to start Entrenchment. This is while the mod is active.

just keep starting the game till it starts i had this problem as well just keep starting it and the map till u get in and once in it wont minidump
noing, every time i play it (after deleting the enabled mods file then reenabling the mod in-game) it dumps a moment into the game. Sometimes when i select the capital ship factory (when i was Atlantian) and the next time just a moment after i zoomed in to my capital ship factory while building my free cap ship as the TCA.
I'm in the game, playing, and it dumps almost immediately. Only a few times have i had to delete the enabled mods file to get in to entrenchment.
oh and the skins question those go into the 7ds mod folder you would have originally moved them and whatever they unpacked with straight to the 7ds folder

Turns out i was given duplicate skins, as there were copies in the textures folder already. No, it just minidumps immediately when i try to enable the mod. I'm going to redownload/reinstall the mod and see if that helps.
EDIT EDIT: After reinstalling it, i played a random medium as TCA, with Arilou, Dark Fleet, and Rogue enemies. Got about a minute and a half into it, staying zoomed out. It dumped again as soon as i zoomed in to see my Athena Class Flagship warp in to another grav well.
My guess is that there's something up with the textures, though i never even got to build a cap ship at all when i played as Atlantians, i just zoomed in to the cap ship factory and dumped.
@NHD-151 What are your graphic settings in game? What are your system specs?

i have all of mine on low and the graphics for all of the 7ds ships still look amazing
Planet and building settings were all on low, whereas ship settings were on high. I lowered them to low and got a minidump as soon as i enabled the mod, but i'm trying another installation to see if it will enable with lower settings.
Unpacking the mod from their zipped files before may have caused an issue (winzip started being unresponsive for a bit then finished unpacking). But still there are extra skins being unpacked outside of any folder, and they seem to be extras because i try putting them in the textures folder but there are already skins within that folder.
Systems specs:
Gateway NV53 Laptop
Windows 7 x64 (I know w7 has cause people trouble with Sins before, but i have never had a single issue with stock Sins or any other mod besides this one)
4GB RAM
AMD Turion II Mobile Ultra M600 (Dual-core @ 2.40 GHz)
EDIT: I should stop posting before i try new things...
Haven't tried a total redownloading yet, but i unpacked the zipped files again and still got extra skins (were some spelled wrong? because a couple of them seemed just slightly off to me...). If it helps at all, the checksum i got was 355556300 every single iteration of the mod i've tried so far. so no difference.
Again i tried to play as Atlantians, random medium map against arilou, Dark Fleet, and Taalo. Minidumped 4, maybe 5 seconds in. Game started zoomed in to my frigate factory (didn't start with a cap ship factory), i zoomed out and sent my scouts on their way, and the game dumps.
There is a known issue with City/Urban worlds because I left in a planet module on a no-owner template. If you post issue on our Bug Reports forums instead of here, you'd have the fixed GalaxyScenarioDef file that goes with BETA 2 by now and be doing better.
I would have had i know that it existed somewhere. As i've looked, i do not see any bug report forums on the DMG site for 7DS, only for Star Wars: Empire.
Would you mind actually helping instead of just telling me i'm doing something wrong? A link, perhaps, to either the Forum of which you speak or even the fix?
