Your Stardock.net account is used here by the forums, in Stardock Central, on other Stardock sites, and also to manage your Metaverse characters. "One account to rule them all."
Your account can have up to THREE characters tied to it. Most people will have only 1 but this way, if you have multiple people in your family playing the game (my son plays for instance) they can use a character.
If you've already pre-loaded, you should be able to go to the Metaverse and Manager Characters. You will need your serial # to create another character.
If you have any problems, let us know.
To those experiencing issues with the links from the game: The game contained some outdated links, but we've setup some automatic redirects so that you can get back to actual metaverse site. You shouldnt experience those issues again.
Mikabomber - please send an email with that error text to gc2bugs@stardock.com and please attach your saved game and the debug file to that email.
e-stab - At the moment we arent divuldging how the scores are calculated. If T-Man gets the chance, and wishes to , he will follow up with an explanation to the score calculation.
Just as a note, scores are only run once a day. We've had alot of database issues due to extremely high traffic as of late, so please exercise some patience.
If you are having issues submitting scores to the metaverse, which are related to the serial number, please email gc2bugs@stardock.com with the description of the issue, your sdnet account information, the serial number you are trying to use to submit games and the debug file.
KL Stafford - Unfortunately this thread is for metaverse related issues only. Since ship building isnt part of the Metaverse, please use another thread to report the issue.
